I’m so strssed bc I finally applied for Medicaid but even still I have to wait 45 whole days to get my meds and in those meds is my @dder@ll and that’s always what helped me lose the most the fastest. Not only was I not hungry but I was ready to do math problems, clean the house, get my life together, and fix every problem I’ve ever had.
These 45 days will be hell knowing I could be on my @dderall already but I’m still waiting for the acception into the program and also I have to find a doctor and an appointment.
It would also be cool to get back on some mood stablilizers and sleeping pills bc it’s bout time I get my moods in order esp since my boyfriend is so perfect and doesn’t deserve to deal with my bipolar ass
I made this playlist to help me focus on the feeling of being sk1nny, how I felt when I was at my lw. The feeling of my b0nes poking at my sk1n. My sk1n felt so t1ght and I felt like I could fly away. Slowly but surely im getting back to that place.

But seriously if we could stop our hair from falling out permanently we should at least try

Ts has me sleeping like I did when I was f4t after a b1g b4cked serving of biscuits and gravy AND it helps me p00p in the morning bye bye bl0ating
Vitamin B12
This is the vitamin that you get from eating red meat. It helps a lot with getting hangry or just anxiety. It helps your brain create dopamine/ serotonin which are the happy hormones.
I’ll be adding to this list as time goes on and I find more vitamins to reccomend
