Did a super hard RPM class this afternoon!! I was dying for dinner, so luckily I had this already prepped and ready to go. Dinner was celebrate health butter chicken, with cauliflower rice and steamed greens (topped with a bit of celebrate health tomato sauce). The whole meal was only about 200 calories! Who says low carb has to be boring!
