Hey so, I have something I want to point out, for the silly.

In Entry 80, why does Alex pound on the door after shooting Jay?

Seriously. This is at a time when he is more a husk than ever, all silent and stiff like a corpse rather than a living person. Why would he run after Jay? Why would he try to break down the door in such a frenzy when the Operator doesn't need him to? When at this point, Alex is more like a worn, breaking puppet than flesh and bone?

In the moment Jay got shot, it was the first time Alex's threats ever felt real to him I think, the first time he ever comprehended that Alex could hurt him, and even then it still felt so impossible. Even as his blood pooled over his fingers it felt like a bad dream.

Do you think when he shot Jay, for a moment Alex broke out of the paranoid daze the Operator trapped him in? Do you think he, ever so briefly, was horrified by what he had done? Did he regretted it? Could he believe it ever?

When Jay is taken, theres a long moment of broken, glitched footage. When it is over, Alex isn't banging on the door anymore. Back to his near catatonic quiet state, he seems to break in with one well placed effort of force on the door, before walking in to turn off the camera. He stops in front of it first though.

Do you think there is anything left of him at that point to ponder the impossibility of Jay's blood being on the floor? He pauses before picking up the camera, he must see it, but truly what is left of Alex Kralie without Jay? That brief panic he felt, that banging on the door, even that is stripped away now it seems. What remains?

Honestly, I don't think anything.

What horror movie trope do they hate the most?

What were they bullied for in high school?

Do they have a dream pet?

Are they an only child or do they have siblings?

okay this just made my day 10x better

So l don't know a bunch about horror movies and tropes (I'm going off a list i found online) but Kai would hate anything having to do with dolls. Brian made him watch so many horror movies in college and he just absolutely hated ones with dolls.

Cameron, on the other hand, probably avoided horror movies aside from the times her boyfriend (who i realised i have never mentioned) got her to watch one with him so l'm not super sure.

Kai was bullied in high school for being emo- I'll say it now 😔🤚 and he's still emo. We love him for it ❤️ For Cameron it was probably due to something about her parents (like them never seeing them so maybe being bullied about being an orphan or something). Either that or her just being a quiet kid.

A dream pet for Kai would probably be a raccoon or cat (and before anyone asks- yes you can have a pet raccoon in certain states and i think that may include Alabama). For Cameron- a dog :) i can see her either wanting a dobermann or a german shepherd.

Kai i go between thinking he has siblings but also thinking he's an only child. He most likely has two older siblings and a younger sibling. They aren't all super close in age, probably about 3-5 years apart for some of them. Cameron had an older sister- probably 2 or 3 years older- who died when she was in middle school.

You are welcome to ask more :3 but it may take some time for me to answer due to some stuff I'm dealing with rn. Thank you for the ask tho, it made my day just a bit more tolerable <3
