I just signed up for @thecolorrun in Omaha this summer so I figured I'd better get my butt back out on the trail! I haven't ran consistently since last Sept (let's be honest - I dislike cardio) but I'm learning to really enjoy my run/jogs. Avg pace was 14mins.
