She took a breath and screamed out with everything she had left, loudly enough for Daenerys to hear and feel: Dracarys.
That would be enough. Enough to let her know one last thing.
Burn them all.
They don’t deserve your kind heart and they don’t understand your true intentions, so burn them all.
They slaughtered your son and you didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye, so burn them all.
You want to save them, but they choose to call you a foreigner usurper, so burn them all.
You are not your father, but burn them all.
Avenge me and your son, burn them all.
Dracarys. That’s what it meant. Burn them all.
The last thing she ever heard was the sound of a sharp sword leaving scabbard. Chains still felt very cold.
And the last thing she ever saw was the love of her life turning away as her vision suddenly turned black.
And suddenly Dracarys wasn’t just a command for a dragon anymore.
