The "Three-Bite" Rule
Consists in allowing yourself 3 bites of any indulgent food:
The first one is to taste the food.
The second one is for savoring it.
By the third one you can already tell how it tastes so you can stop eating it.
I read about this trick in Twitter, where a girl post a thread about her almond mom and her habits to stay skinny.
It really helped me with binging, with this I can allow myself some of my cravings. Hope it works for you 💞

day 7:
i think my parents are aware when i go into like a really good phase and seriously stop eating and start losing. but other than that it just disappears as soon as i start eating again. i think they care but more in a weird way. i feel like my mom gets jealous when i lose weight because for some weird reason mothers are always competing w their daughters. my dad is always bullying me for my weight so its like he cares enough to comment? idk ���� but he's always talking ab the way i look and comparing me to a pig or whale so obvs he loves me 🤭. but the weirdest shit is when i stop eating and they suddenly are like why arent u eating and whatnot. like wtf u mean karen and bob ur the ones always talking ab my body 😋

day 5:
i wanna lose weight so i can feel lighter and not so fucking disgusting all the time. i wanna not feel rolls when i sit down and instead have my stomach curve in. i wanna stop the constant insults from my family. i wanna be envied for once instead of envying my skinny friends. i wanna walk around without worrying if my shirt is blowing back on my stomach for everyone to see me in my gross state. i wanna not be scared to step on a scale anywhere and instead be proud of my progress. i wanna not worry about what angle someone is taking a picture of me from. i wanna have people not look at me and think "she's so unhealthy" but instead "wow she looks so good". i wanna not be so fucking hungry all the time.
so im doing it for me and for others.
