LDR Crying During Visit

I feel like every time I visit my long distance boyfriend, I end up crying at some point during the visit. Sometimes it’s just the day when I’m leaving but other times it seems like I cry the whole weekend on and off. I don’t want to cry all the time and half the time I don’t even know why I’m crying. I don’t want to be sad the whole visit because I feel like I should be happy since I get to see him. Does this happen to anyone else? How do you cope with it?
