Actually, nonnie, it says right on the wiki page that Vicki was older.

Vicki was born August 20, 1991

and Matt was born February 21, 1992 

Which makes her one year older. Though, human years, yes, Matt is now older.

"I know that, I mean, well, yeah-" She couldn’t take it as a vampire, that’s why Stefan had to kill her. "I wouldn’t say I’m not happy… just.. shocked, per say…" She said, running a hand through her hair. "Things are different here, Vicki- it’s not America anymore. Vampires aren’t really known of here. Can’t be obvious about it, you know?"

"You seem to be in control now,"Vicki pointed out, brushing some hair out of her face. "And as for killing, we've all done it, apparently, it's a right of passage around here into the secret knowing about supernatural club,"She replied, trying to lighten the mood a little. "You aren't a monster, Jer, if you were a monster, you would have let me walk out into the sunlight when I wanted to."

"If I was still that guy, I’d be so happy to hear that, Vicki," Jeremy clarified what he meant, "But, I’m not that guy anymore. I don’t even mean the drugs. Look at me." He gestured towards his body, he looked like an entirely different person, "I went from the kid you went out with, into a hunter. Vicki, I killed an Original, I’ve murdered millions of vampires." He paused, looking regretful for just a moment, "I’m a bigger monster than anyone in this town."

"I'm not alive, per say, actually, I'm a vampire,"Vicki mouthed, the last part so no one could hear her. "But, I kind of got out when that Tessa witch did, it seemed like the best way,"She replied, shrugging her shoulders. "You don't look happy to see me, Caroline."

Caroline pushed herself up, staring at the girl. The last time she had seen her, she was dead- she had found her long ago after her car broke down, a memory that was now just a blur in her mind. “Oh my god,” She mumbled under her breath, “How are you alive?”

Vicki tilted her head to the side slightly, running a hand through her hair. "I, uh, this wasn't the room I was looking for...I was looking for a guy named Marcel?"She spoke, looking away. "But you seem to be busy so..."

"You know, love. You should learn when to knock the door." The hybrid said as he was leaning on the large bathub with his arms around the surface, a glass of wine on the top with another with blood in it. "Imagine if I was completely dispossed of my clothes."

Vicki didn't have time to stop so she ran into his chest with a huff. "You seemed to be implying it an awful lot,"She spoke, closing her eyes. "That seems to be a regular thing around here, Jeremy,"She replied, taking a few steps back, allowing him to make eye contact with her. Her jaw clenched when he spoke about wanting to change her, but it relaxed shortly after. "Who said you didn't before?"

He wasn’t vampire fast, but as a hunter, Jeremy was pretty quick on his feet. Moving back in front of Vicki, he wouldn’t get out of her way, “I never said you were a bad person, Vicki. Ever. You’ve been misguided though, more than once. We all have.” Sighing, Jeremy tried to make eye contact again, “A long time ago, you asked me not to try and change you. But, I want to. I don’t want to make you a better person or whatever. I just want you to be happy. And, if I can’t be the one who does that, then I want to help you find someone who can.”

Vicki had gotten a daylight ring before she had returned. A small smirk appeared on the girl's face when she looked towards Caroline. "Long time no see, Caroline."

But, you’re back now, and even if you don’t want anything to do with me, I intend on making things right."
