As someone who has struggled with severe migraines for years, I was always on the lookout for anything that could provide some relief. I had tried medications, dietary changes, and relaxation techniques, but nothing seemed to work for long, except for the prescription migraine medications (which I tried avoiding or minimizing due to side effects and its long term effects on the liver).

After years of working at a desk, lifting my two little kids, working out at the gym and all the other daily tasks, I started dealing with constant tension in my neck and shoulders, I began to notice that my posture was getting worse, and started noticing pain and discomfort radiating to my upper back as well.
