I think I’ve said this before but I am a Doofus Drake fan mostly because of the comedic potential of his redemption arc. He’s equally as strange and off-putting as he was when he was evil. He grows up and abandons his wealth to live in the wilderness where he meditates 23 hours a day in a cave behind a waterfall

Imagine Boyd rescuing every stray animal he sees, he just picks them up like "nope, you're coming with me", and one day Gyro wakes up with his lab being an absolute MESS. Animals, food, and toys everywhere while Boyd is like this

Gyro gazed in horror at the mangled robot before him, the thing so perfectly still, only the slightest flicker of its eye showed that it was active, studying him. It was only after a flash of thunder illuminated its form that he recognized who it was.

It was his daughter, Robotica, whom he built with his own hands, who should have been deactivated long ago. Had she come back to haunt him?

So i've been watching episode "Who is Gizmoduck" again and...

You know how Mark Beaks threathened to take control of the Gizmoduck suit if Fenton disobeyed him or couldn't meet his demands? And actually went through with it when he was confronted?

He 100% did that to Boyd too. Boyd introduced himself as 2-B0 when Beaks found him, but didn't even know he was a robot in the episode "Happy Birthday, Doofus Drake". Boyd was genuinely happy to have met Beaks, he was given a name and that was enough for him to want to hug him. But at some point, he must have questioned Beaks or behaved in a way he didn't like, and that was why he was reprogrammed.

It must have been terrifying.
