One thing that's confusing me is why people are hating on Quackity?

Absolutely I understand he should have had more involvement in the situation. Yes, he should have known as the CEO that his employees were under terrible working conditions and poor pay. And yes, he should have contacted the admins and I'm very disappointed that he didn't.

HOWEVER, I know that this is the first time he's gone through this and he likely has no clue how to sort this situation out. None of us would know. It's not a clear cut situation. I still think he's a good person and has good intentions. I do believe he's fucked up, absolutely. But, genuinely?? Why do we hate on him when there's no real reason to do so. If, for instance, he defended the actions of higher ups that treated staff members so atrociously, then yeah! I'd be like "fuck that guy!" But as far as we are aware, he is trying. Ccs still have faith in him and not ONE admin has explicitly expressed hatred for Quackity himself. It's been his lack of communitication and his team. Not HIM. No cc has explicitly said they've left the QSMP and even Antoine has expressed he's wanting to talk with Quackity first before he discusses on stream what's happening.

Additionally, Quackity has said if you're unable to continue supporting the server/ project, THAT'S OKAY!!

Idk if any of this made sense, but please have faith in CCs and their judgement, even if you cannot trust Quackity.

i dont think anyone has posted this to tumblr yet but it was ONLY TODAY that the update account admins were finally officially fired after spending two weeks in limbo without any answers when they asked for information. (@/jinanxia on twitter).

this is crazy to me especially since updates account could be one of the job that could stay volunteer work (some of the ex admins said that money wasn’t even the issue, just that work conditions were terrible)

fanmade update account work thanks to a team of many volunteers I don’t see how they can’t do the same with official ones ? This may be a legal issue tbh i don’t know ?

But yeah what’s the best thing to do when u have understaffed, overworked, unpayed people doing work for you ? Improve their work conditions and hire more people so that volunteers can feel good while spending their time and energy on a project they love ? BZZ WRONG FIRE EVERYONE

Okay so basically, Tommy made a skit video. You might wanna watch it for context, but it's called if youtubers were honest.

He had a section in there about how Dream handled the Qsmp situation and was basically just making fun of him.

After seeing this, Dream gets on Twitter and starts liking and unliking posts making fun of Tommy.

Inniters get mad, ofc.

Drm stans are ticked bc their precious baby pedo is being bashed, inniters are fighting back. Drm stans are calling Tommy abelist for the way he portrayed dream, he was not being ableist, he portrayed every character similarly,and are saying he was joking about Dream getting doxxed, which he never did.
