Neither of them die but they still can't stand each other AU :
Frankenstein : For what it's worth... I'm sorry I failed you as a "father''.
Adam : It's a shame it had to wait all the harm done.
Frankenstein : Say the guy who couldn't wait to actually meet me before murdering a child out of spite.
Adam : Say the guy who wished he could have abort me 1 minute after I was born just because I'm ugly.
Frankenstein : Say the...
Clerval : Will the two of you shut up ?

The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of time : ReDead's impression
Warning : Horror
It was the one screaming in agony while I sensed myself dying in a horrified silence. I'm not even sure how, but I managed to free myself from its grip, and flew away without looking back. I only stopped when the cries finally ceased to pierce through my ears. I don't know what they are. I can't stand looking at them, but their screams sound like pain was brought alive in a soulless body. They're definitely not dead but I wouldn't say they're alive either. There's no mean trying to attack them as the risk of getting caught isn't worth it. I can only pass by, without a sound, quickly avoiding them while they're slowly approaching me. Each time, I can feel their eyes on my back. I can hear their screams in my head. I can sense their steps on the ground. But when I crossed gaze with one of them earlier... It was over. My feet couldn't move. My entire body has been paralyzed while the thing came closer, puncturing each step with a deep, painful scream. I managed to escape, but I could still feel this lost soul slowly stealing mine, draining the life out of me. At least, facing Ganondorf's cruelty now felt like a more bearable task.

How to train your dragon, first movie :
If he threw it away... He would be insulting them all. He would be rejecting them all. And while it's not what he wanted... It was the necessary thing to do, or things would never change. They were vikings, after all. The best way to express your disagreement with a viking... is to punch harder. Hiccup may had weak arms, but he was still the son of Stoick the Vast, he had a strong will, and he finally had the opportunity to prove it.
"I'm a viking", he thought for himself.
A deep breath was all he needed.
"I'm not one of them" he said to the dragon.
And so he threw his helmet, saw the expression of his father and started to run for his life after the dragon had gone mad because of the noises of anger and protestations.
