Aș fi votat cu EL, fiindcă ea pare a fi cea mai puțin predispusă la compromisuri cu FSN 2.0 (PSD-PNL), însă a făcut gafe recent, inclusiv pe plan extern cu aceea scrisoare pentru Trump. Ea este mult prea încăpățânată în felul ei de a fi, și asta o duce mult în jos când vine vorba de binele țării și decizi ce poate nu sunt pe placul ei, pentru că atunci când ești președinte, ar trebui să asculți toate opiniile înainte de a lua o decizie cu cap. Ceea ce ea c-am nu face, când câte am văzut și din nefericire.

ND are și el bile negre și gafe politice în privință cu declarațiile sale despre cine ar pune prin ministru, consilier ș.a.m.d. ,însă din ce știu că a făcut la București, știu că familia sa se plângea că stă noapte pe problemele de la capitală mai mult decât să doarmă. Acest lucru îmi dă o speranță că nu ar lăsa țara de izbeliște, dar el pare a fi mai predispus la compromisuri cu FNS 2.0

În concluzie, votez ND, dar mă tem să nu aibă un electorat mai mic decât ce ar primi EL. Mulți am votat data trecută pentru EL fiindcă nu era niciun alt candidat PRO-EU și care să nu dea țara ca pradă Rusiei. Sper ca noi cei ce o să votăm, să votăm cu cap și să informăm cât mai multă lume.

There's one more detail I feel adds to this. In the first movie, if you remember, the first thing Hiccup does is build Toothless the tail itself and put it on him.

What does Toothless do? He's floored, obviously, but the very first thing he does after testing to see if he can fly on his own again, is throw Hiccup into the water.

And right after, Toothless can't fly on his own anymore. That was at the very beginning of their friendship: Toothless was ok with Hiccup being around, but he wasn't keen on being his friend or partner. Hiccup was a way to keep him fed and safe until he could fly on his own again.

We see this with the Forbidden Friendship scene, where after touching Hiccup's hand, Toothless is the one to back away. Hiccup didn't look at him because he trusted that Toothless could decide whether to bite off his arm, or to lean in. Hiccup already had put his trust in him, but Toothless was still unsure.

After this moment, though, Toothless is also shown to grow more fonder of Hiccup and opens up to him more eagerly: teases Hiccup by running around and not letting him put the saddle on, let's him actually ride him and train with him to figure out how to use the tail, and after Test Drive... Toothless is actually happy with what he's got.

Sure, he can't fly on his own, but this human went against his own nature of being a viking and helped him, even when Toothless certainly didn't want him around.

After all of this, Hiccup is the one to help Toothless take down the Red Death. He didn't have to do any of that, either. But he did.

So flight has become something that he enjoys with Hiccup, because Hiccup had shown him kindness, and had taught him they're both stronger when they're together.

Taking back his independence for flight... Flying alone wouldn't mean the same to Toothless, not anymore. He also has no reason to push Hiccup away anylonger, having accepted their friendship and embraced it wholeheartedly.

That part when Toothless rejects his new artificial tail fin to go back to the old one because whilst he was able to fly independently with the new one, he’d rather fly with the assistance of Hiccup

He doesn’t want to fly without him 🥺

As of the time of this post, AO3 has been scraped by yet another shady individual looking to make a quick buck off the backs of hardworking hobby writers. This Reddit post here has all the details and the most current information. In short, if your fic URL ends in a number between 1 and 63,200,000 (inclusive), AND is not archive locked, your fic has been scraped and added to this database.

I have been trying to hold off on archive locking my fics for as long as possible, and I've managed to get by unscathed up to now. Unfortunately, my luck has run out and I am archive locking all of my current and future stories. I'm sorry to my lovelies who read and comment without an account; I love you all. But I have to do what is best for me and my work. Thank you for your understanding.

Anyway I wanted to give you something lighter after the "dragons live with their natural predators" thing 😅

I don't know if you've ever watched RTTE, I know it has flaws and many debate whether it's canon or not, but it is canon in my heart ^^ anyway it's funny httyd 3 tries to push the narrative that Toothless would give 0 fucks about Hiccup and would rather seem to (allegedly??) get mad at him for coming after him in THW

And I'm going to point to the previous series AND RTTE as a whole, as well as the other two movies but for now, I want you to remember the scene where Toothless comes to save Hiccup from Hookfang from the first movie. And when Toothless nearly drowns towards the end

Now, there's this episode in RTTE named Diving for Dragons, Hiccup made a contraption that's a makeshift submarine of basically a upside down giant cauldron with a little reinforced amber window, because there's a chained dragon on the seafloor that he has to free.

Let's just say that a certain villain messes up their plans and the submarine wench is thrown into the water... With Toothless chained to it.

Toothless, being able to stay underwater a little longer than Hiccup, tries to free him, shoots around desperately and Hiccup PRACTICALLY BEGS him to leave! To save himself!!

So... One would expect Toothless to do just that, right? Wrong. He bumps his head on the little window against Hiccup's hand.

And the line Hiccup gives? "I know bud. I wouldn't leave you, either."

Not to mention RTTE explores Hiccup having to deal with potentially Stoick DYING. He wouldn't be that reckless to just... Hoard dragons on Berk, that would be SILLY. Or to give up against a guy that would be a threat to dragons, or to their ideologies.

Idk how many people here use paperdemon, but if you've ever posted on there or AO3, then your work has likely been scraped for AI.

in the article here, there's more information including info on how to request to take down work from huggingface as well as the other websites mentioned. to paraphrase a member from the discord, however, be wary when visiting the huggingface website or downloading content from it as it hasnt been vetted for viruses/malware/trojan/etc. i have not personally visited myself as i dont use these websites (minus ao3 which im inactive on) but take precaution when doing so.

this is a continually updating story so feel free to add on with more info/updates. i havent seen anyone post about this outside of the paperdemon discord, so i thought id make the information more well known outside of that circle. this also isnt meant to fear monger by any means.

Fandom Problem #8337:

"How could you say you hate this character when you like a character who's done much worse things??"

Because, there's a difference between characters the show WANTS you to like and the ones the show doesn't want you to like.

If a character is an antagonist, so they appropriately act unpleasant, congrats, they've sufficiently served their intended purpose in the story.

When a character is SO thoroughly unpleasant but the the show really really REALLY wants to make you care about them, feel bad for them, even though they cause most of their own problems, it is just the most grating experience.
