Wow what can i actually say- this model completely blew me away it’s completely fantastic, the art? out of the park , the appeal ? Totally sexy !!! I really can’t keep my eye off him it feels perverse I’m not use to him showing skin and now there’s front row seats to fanservice?!!🤧

Seriously tho, the color pallet I was worried personally might change to one I wouldn’t love but this by far pleases me! The colors and patterns all work so well!

The Ending of the Story

Theory time again!

I already posted about my main idea of him disturbing timelines constantly, in the teaser given we already know he’s done this MULTIPLE TIMES so let’s go through the recent peeks while I wait!

Now from the beginning we’re already shown the merry has exceptional amounts of power(or ig mental mind power to even comprehend where he is ) even without the help of summer land powers as mention of him (I’m assuming) going beyond the veil a separation from the mortal world he’s meant to be in , and has mention of him keeping a watch on the barrier or the aforementioned veil that keeps the world apart and just silently waiting for its state to fully weaken ( and I have a feeling lumi’s lore plays a special role to it including her powers ) and with this it probably loops us back to the third lore of him just wreaking the barrier completely ( because why shouldn’t my dreams of mpreg come true I digress) and within all of this he’s still treated as a background character or more so just the narrator , some one you’d least expect to switch up the story and perhaps it is all a story to him , and this could be confirmed with the existence of Nick alone , his mere form being disillusioned to fit merrys story , a story I think isn’t as dark as it seems .

Why?

Well I don’t think he’s outright trying to harm them as shown through Nicks quote in the trailer “ We’ve been through every cycle with him because he chose us” ‘Merrys been picking this squad since dinosaur walked among men probably’ which is to say he has planned all of this however something always goes wrong to really mess with this ultimate motive and is probably the pushing point to why he wants fiction and reality to become one because let’s be real I doubt this is for “ humanities” sake if he just up and left the mortal realm that easily and to do it 9844 times I doubt this is just a bad streak day, so I think this is even beyond the time loops we’ve been shown as lumi even mentions further on “ even if they were friends once can’t they be friends again” leads me to belive something devastating happened to this cast and this could be him mixing reality as a last effort hope of saving his friends for their eventual doom because in reality even hero’s fall and how could a narrator kill the thing he loves the most ? This is probably just his last efforts to really make things right however, in the teaser like a butterfly effect because he’s so close and so far into believing that this is the loop that changes everything does infact change something, he speaks , well ofc he can speak but this time he’s speaking to the main cast he’s broken his previous method of staying in the shadows and perhaps this may the change that he doesn’t want but may need…

But that’s just a theory a lore theory

Theory ramble time ૮ ◕ ﻌ ◕ა

I think the merry we watch on stream is entirely different to every single type of merry mentioned lore wise.

Why?

Well for me I’ve taken notice that they never really bring up why they are present but only state their “intended purpose” and seemingly leave out how he ended up streaming, I think we are only interacting with a different timeline merry one who’s not a villain or hero but simple the most toned down versions of all the previous merry models because the statement “ it’s all still me” is always said and a fact that all the merrys share an inner thought within “prime merry” (a reach ik) I’d also like to bring up something said on the astraversary stream which caught my attention.

Nick mentions that his previous body was just a cause of merrys delusions giving him a form and not really him and so this alludes to merry probably deforming a timeline in his interest which would mean with every new astraline lore it’s basically an entire loop jump of each member, whether it’s their past present or slime ( won’t ever understand Lumbo lore) as it’s hinted with every scene shown of merry narrating on the sidelines, it gives a feeling like he’s seen it all before but is looking for something more and even we the viewers (inkdogs) seemingly appear out of thin air and he just goes along with it because it’s his norm.

Could the thing he ( the narrative merry) may be searching for with each time loop is the current timeline merry we interact with ? One not bound to feeling like he should be a hero or forced in villainy? One where he can truly be with astraline not as its narrator or story teller but as their true friend!

I’m not sure ! But that’s just what’s fun about headcanons and theories in general anyways or maybe this just all a big One Piece reference hiding in plain site.

the entire debut went amazingly from the colors to the actual theme which also had Turkish cultural influences all fit together perfectly! It was really sweet to find that the incentive for this model was to experience the joy his friend Nick has with being a furry and imo he seemed to heavily enjoy it and his voice fit the model nicely without any discomfort!, personally I’ve never been one to be chased away by the idea of merry changing forms as I’ve witnessed it all the time so this was just a breath of fresh air to me and allows me to go back to my furry past as well lol so I can’t wait to enjoy this model all week! ☆

Side note ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა : I always appreciate and love the fact he adds in a star to each outfit to commemorate the star that fans bought for him♡
