⚛️Are you happy with your results right now ? The results you are getting right now are as a result of thoughts in our conscious minds that we got emotionally involved with in our subconscious minds which through our behaviors abd actions have given us the results we are getting now . ⚛️Regardless of the outcome of those results , you have the choice to change because the results we got in the past are not a reflection of the results we can get in the future , because when we change the paradigm, that is , the ideas (group of thoughts) that have been fixed in our subconscious minds we can get a new set of results due to changing from living by old habits to new habits . ⚛️So fear not because the past is history and we can but learn from our past to become better versions of ourselves. ⚛️The best way to explain living in the here and now is to first examine the meaning of what it is not to be present(in the here and now ). ⚛️When you are not present your mind is pulled into the past or future both , and , yes it is natural to spend moments of thoughts in the past or daydream and use our imagination to fantasize about what we want to achieve , but do not yet know how , ⚛️When this happens , staying grounded in the moment becomes a rare thing to happen, hence , we fail to stand present in the now and just be understanding and happy in the feeling of what is ⚛️An easy way to stop our thoughts being of the past or future is to identify time for what it is , and just get emotionally involved with what it feels like to be present in our bodies in the moment. ⚛️To not be present is to be torn between two worlds , the past is history, and the future is a mystery, and neither of these worlds now exist, hence to be always residing in the state of living in the past or future prevents one from enjoying life and searching for happiness, but leads to one living a stressful uncomfortable life. ⚛️So surrender to what is right now and live solely in the now #keytoyourmindset #derekmindset #inthenow #thepastisthepast #thefutureisnow #livinginthemoment❤️ (at Worldwide) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTKNniAK-0G/?utm_medium=tumblr

⚛️Self care is intending, planning & taking time to attend to your basic physical , mental & emotional needs ⚛️Physical self care essentially comes down to ensuring that your body is both happy through getting a sufficient amount of recovery time (rest & sleep) ,exercise , & nourished through mindfully eating healthy wholesome nutritious foods. Also, keeping your body hydrated by drinking atleast two litres of water a day. ⚛️Other ways of caring for your body include taking long baths or massages , etc. ⚛️Mental self care is a two step process & involves 1) taking time to regularly break down what I’m thinking & why ?, & 2)cultivating those mental habits & thoughts that serve me and rejecting thoughts in your conscious (thinking )mind that you do not want to get emotionally involved with in your subconscious mind. ⚛️Some mental habits are more beneficial for you than other’s & create more positive impressions in our minds that are invited by mental habits like :- ➡️ focusing your attention on being mindful in the now ➡️practicing an attitude for gratitude for everything you have got to be thankful for & journaling daily, 10 gratitudes as you will attract more positive people circumstances & realities into your life ➡️exercising patience over hurrying to have things done . Patience & calmness of mind comes from understanding oneself & understanding oneself comes through regular daily study & forming ideas of how one can be more productive .One is at their most productive when the mind is calm & being in spiritual or true state of mind one can make better decisions through taking control of the thoughts that get them the results they require ➡️practicing acceptance of what is already happening. ⚛️ There are two fundamental ways to dealing with emotional self care. I reframed the relationships I had with time and stopped seeing it as a scarcity , and now I am both more productive and more relaxed than ever. ⚛️Work expands to fill the period of time available for its completion and if you are into productivity or getting maximum results in minimum time, you will know this proverb as Parkinson’s Law. ⚛️Therefore, in with holding to this law, if you allow yourself one week to finish a two hour task, then , psychologically speaking, the task will increase in complexity and become even more daunting so as to fill that week. ⚛️Moreover, it may not fill the time with more work, but instead more stress and tension about having to get it done ⚛️Therefore, by assigning the correct amount of time to a task, one gets back more time , and the task will lower in complexity to its natural state To apply Parkinson’s Law to your life , make a list of your top three priority things to do that are important but not urgent and start with the hardest thing ⚛️Turn off all distractions and set a countdown timer for 50minutes to focus on your work , one important task at a time and follow this by a 10minute break ⚛️If you are feeling busy it is because you are overwhelmed, that is , you do not know where to start, and as you start to prioritize and do things , take note of how long things take so you can move to a more realistic schedule. ⚛️So there is loads of time, stop complaining about it and see how much you get done 🎉🎉#priority #productivityhabits #keytoyourmindset #derekmindset #countdowntimer #getmoreoutoflife #getmoredone #earlymorninghabits #makealist (at Worldwide) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTC6qssKvww/?utm_medium=tumblr

However, there is great compensation for the person that will train themselves to think constructively in as little as one hour per day. ⚛️Yes, in just one hour per day or five hours per week, you can exercise your mind to get amazing results in your life ⚛️ During this hour each day , on a blank sheet of paper, write down , at the top of the page, your current main goal. ⚛️We all adore hearing the giggling, chuckling & screams of joy from children outside playing , & it’s a pure joy to see because as Adults it brings us back in time to a more basic time when life & living was about having fun & enjoying ourselves. ⚛️Play allows us to learn how to use our mental( intellectual ) faculties , in particular, imagination. ⚛️This in turn aids nurture critical thinking, self development to name but a few benefits. ⚛️But, having said that, we often give up play as adults to pursue a careers , relationships, family etc., all of which are valid pursuits . Question: What if we could tap into play to develop our professions, life experiences, relationships or our family lives as well ? ⚛️Play for adults is a big component of our lives as apart from stimulating our imagination & creativity, it releases endorphins into our bloodstream, & improves brain functionality. ⚛️Play also helps to keep us young and energetic, improves cognitive function & triggers the secretion of a substance that is important for the growth of brain cells called BDNF. ⚛️One thing that can often stop us from playing as adults , is that we get very set as people on the activities we do and do not like. ⚛️The good news is we can form a play practice in our lives as there are many way to play and many varied types of play . ⚛️The five play archetypes are:- ➡️Rough and Tumble Play, for example, diving, kickball, scavenge hunts or dodgeball. ⚛️We are natural mismatchers and very easily find things that are different. We have a habit of finding things which are wrong way more quickly than we find the things that are good . ⚛️To sum this up, we criticize easily both ourselves and others .The question is, have you ever not thought about not being so hard on yourself? Have you ever tried to find the good things you have done and focus less on the on the things you are not happy with.? ⚛️If yes, how well did it work ? If no, when do you think you might want to try? ⚛️When you talk badly of yourself and do it to yourself, that is something that with time can become part of your identity and how you think about yourself. They make up a part of our life, but are we worrying about the wrong problems or problems that need to be solved that in doing causes forward momentum ⚛️What do you mean by the wrong problems or things we worry about ? Things that never happen (40%), things over and past that cannot be altered even by all the worry in the world (30%), needless worry about our health and well-being (12%) , small miscellaneous worries (10%) or real legitimate worries (8%). ⚛️Of the real, legitimate worries, there are problems we can solve or there are problems beyond our ability to solve ourselves. ⚛️Most of our problems are the problems we can solve. ⚛️When was the last day you praised yourself? When was the last time you expressed commendation for yourself ?
