☺️ Lucky me!! Last month I had the chance to watch @mistyonpointe aka Misty Copeland and @carmendelavallade teach a special class to youngsters from the @dancetheatreofharlem and the @hsanyc Harlem School for the Arts. I discovered that even as an adult who has retired my ballet slippers,I still have so much to learn from ballet class. We are never to old to be enriched and inspired in this dance 💃🏿 of life. What we learned last week on The Dance Enthusiast @dancenthusiast: Stefanie Batten Bland artistic director and choreographer of @companysbb talks about transforming the idea of walls in her latest work at the LaMama Moves Fest @lamamaetc .
