Who would have thought?

I know that I am not consistent with my blog posts, but I am trying to make this a habit. I can't even remember the last time I didn't want to write for a certain time period. I don't know if anyone is even reading my posts, but I hope someone does.

Regardless of my worry, how are you? I know a random stranger asking how you are is a bit weird, unusual, or common, depending on the area you live in, but I really want you to know that someone is there to hear you. Granted I may never meet any of you or know of you, I know the importance of someone checking up on you. Even in a time like this.

With everyone still having to social distance, not having physical contact with a lot of people, checking up on someone is the best way to check up on them. It may seem like a daily thing, but you could make a change in someone's life at that moment.

And I'll tell you all this. If you need to talk to someone, about anything that you want to get off your chest, I am here! Even if I don't know the whole story of the problem, I am here to listen and give you any advice, comfort, or support that you need.

Jobs

It’s been over a month since my last post. I know with everything that has been happening in my life, it has not been easy with finding the time to write posts. Normally, everyone says that they have too much time on their hands, or they don’t know what to do. But that’s not the case with me. 

I have been trying to find a job....

I know for those who have been trying to find a job during this time is difficult. But it’s even more stressful if your parents, who are willing to help you with some things, force you to get a job that you don’t want and doesn’t matter your feelings on the matter. I know a job is a job, but i do have a say in what jobs I want to apply for. 

I’m doing everything in my power to not apply for fast foods. I’m not saying that anyone who works in fast food has a horrible work environment. But I want to the first in my family to not work in fast food and to have a job that I am happy with. 

Now wish me luck with the search and hope for the best that I get a job...

Single and Lonely

Welp, for those who don’t know what tomorrow is, tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. Whoopie... A day for those who are in relationships to brag about their so called “happy lives” when we all know that they put on some kind of cover to make it seem like that everything is a beautiful fairy tale. 

But how many of us can say that not all of our relationships is sunshine and rainbows? I know I can’t. I’ve seen a lot of relationships falling apart due to some differences or an incident that becomes a big deal breaker that can be fixed or can become a big issue later on. 

Nevertheless, all relationships has their ups and downs. However you spend your Valentine’s Day, be safe, wear masks, and make it one where it can be memorable for not only you and your partner, but for those who know you as well.

Getting paid to blog

Apparently you can get paid to blog. 

As a writer, there are two things that keeps me writing: knowing people read my work, and getting paid. I know with writers there are different motives for them to keep writing. I guess you can say they find their niche for their stories. 

But writing can be in different forms. Whether it be publishing a book, posting articles, blogging, etc. For each of them, it can be hard to find people who would want to buy their works. But that I think is the process of becoming a good writer. 

People reject your work, you make more edits, and try again to find someone who is interested in your work. And from that one person, your journey can either go up, or go down.

Introduction

Hello Tumblr. I guess you could say this is my first blog. But I think this could be the start of a potential career. Now I may not grab your attention, but I just want to make this account to express my emotions, ideas, and some stories I write on my free time as well. 

But one thing I know for sure, I am a writer.
