I don't think Alastor will have any romantic interactions in canon. I'm perfectly fine with that. But I DO want him and Vox to reconcile. I need them to make up and be buddy buddy again. Give Alastor his equally sociopathic, geriatric friend back.

They'll still argue, but mainly because they're both petty assholes. I just think they really need a friend that isn't invested in protection, their livelihood, ownership, or work. Just someone they get along with, share a drink with at the end of the day, and tell awful dad jokes to.

They'd be so lame and happy and insufferable and I need to see it.

I’m falling back into my Daft Punk era and I came to a conclusion…

Vox would 100% be a fan.

Like think abt it. Robotic theme? Emotive monitors? Passion to create electronics/electronic music?

He’s def have trouble understanding their music at first (he’s an old man from the 1950s, these newfangled synth artists are overstimulating) but once he heard Televison Rules the Nation he’d be so on board.

Loving the image of the Velvette and Val trying to sleep at V Tower but can’t bc Vox is blasting Harder Better Faster Stronger in his office. Desperately trying to stay awake via coffee and rave music, ever the workaholic.

“Aw, ain’t this just adorable,” Velvette chirped as she and Valentino came through the door, the both of them smirking at Vox, hand-in-hand with Lucifer, with Alastor draped over his back. “Vox and his baes.”  “You three are absolutely sickening,” Valentino snickered without any heat, puffing on his cigarette until a shadow abruptly extinguished it.  “No smoking in the hotel,” Alastor informed silkily.  The moth demon glowered down at him, crossing his arms. “You just made that up,” he accused. “Did I?” He turned to Valentino, eyes wide and innocent, while his smile was anything but. “Lucifer?” He tilted his head towards the fallen angel for backup.  “Yep, those are the rules,” Lucifer immediately agreed with a grin. Vox bit back a laugh as he shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t know for sure, but he’d be willing to bet that they were both just fucking with Valentino. But he didn’t know the hotel’s rules, so it wasn’t any of his business. “You promised to behave, Val,” he reminded him.  “Si, I know,” he scowled, dismissing the cigarette. “Can’t believe I willingly came to this fucking shithole. No offense, your majesty,” he added, his lip curling in a fake smile as he addressed Lucifer.  “Oh, don’t worry, you’ve already made it plenty clear that you have no taste,” Lucifer assured with a sharper, but equally fake smile. “HA! One only has to take a single look at him to see that,” Alastor joined in, and Valentino glared at them both before giving a dramatic huff and stalking away.
