Pad Kra Pao Moo a.k.a Holy basil with ground pork stir fry, and fried egg. I have been seeing this dish on a lot of @migrationology YouTube channel in Thailand and decided to give it a try because it looks amazing, and I must say both my wife and I really loved it. My first time making my 2nd favorite Vietnamese soup is Bun Bo Hue. It is a spicy beef noodle soup, with pork hawk, vietnamese pork ham, beef shank, and tendon. Topped with coriander, onions, cilantro, chili oil, and thai peppers. This soup is rich with flavors, and im glad that it turned out great. I would have to say almost as good as the one on 82nd. Finally got to try Hattie B's Hot Chicken after seeing it on the Travel Channel years ago. This is the large dark meat with Damn Hot heat level (habanero) with Fries and Collard Greens. Chicken was very juicy, skin crisp to perfection and spice was perfect, and sides were very good.
