🐚Cockles HQ is a small and friendly Discord server where we chat about anything to do with Jensen and Misha.

🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏽This server is most definitely not for people who are just looking for the latest goss. It’s a place where Cockles is what brings us together, but where community is the main focus.

💙💚Although most members ship Cockles as a romantic pairing, it’s certainly not a requirement. Of course it is a requirement that you like both Jensen and Misha. Most members are also Hellers.

🫂We believe that in safe spaces, it should be allowed to openly express opinions and vent. That in a truly safe space we learn to live with each other instead of enforcing unfair or toxic positivity/negativity or push for fake kindness. We’d rather strive for honesty, fairness and tolerance. However, we also believe a safe space provides other members a chance to avoid negativity if they wish to do so. it only just now dawned on me that I’ll very likely learn who won the election from those Supernatural homosexuals. this is how we live now.

man we are really so lucky that it was misha collins who was cast to play the gay angel.. and not just because he made the angel gay but literally this man is the most unhinged person that could have walked onto the cw spn set and they literally couldn’t get rid of him

I made this poster for the op so I showed it to Misha and asked him if we could use it for the op. He took it and started reading the whole thing. I was fully prepared to just be in and out in 10 seconds because ops give me major heart palpitations, but he took his sweet time to study the poster.

Misha: This is amazing! I forgot about this!

I honest to god giggled 🤦🏻‍♀️

Misha: Was this for GISH?

Me: Uhm, no. I just made it for fun. (getting redder by the second)

So we got the pic taken and I was ready to take the poster, grab my son and bolt but he went back to reading the poster.

In the meantime I was just standing there shuffling my feet awkwardly lol so I said: I made you one too. I will give you that one tomorrow cause that one is in better condition. But he kept reading and smiling and I think I said that I would give him one tomorrow at least two times. But when he still didn’t give it back I was like: uhmm uhhh uhmmmm you know what? Just uh keep this one and I'll.. keep.. the other one...?" And he was like *hand on chest* "are you sure? Thank you!"

Then when we left the photographer or someone from staff said "that is really good" and Misha said "it really is, isn't it?" So the next day we went for autographs. As soon as he saw the other copy, he went like: Ah! I remember this one!

So I said: heehe oh uhm yeah so this was the one I wanted to give you cause this one is in better condition 👉🏻 👈🏻

and then he was about to reply but then the handler shoved the hoodie under his nose and he looked at it and then up (that man should NOT BE ALLOWED to look at people from under his eyelashes okay? I almost fainted) and he asked: did you make this?

Me: Yes.. 👉🏻👈🏻 I painted it

Misha: WHAT THE FUCK!?

Me: 😮uhm..

Misha: Excuse my language.. but WHAT THE FUCK?

Me: oh eh heh

Misha: It's so good! That's amazing!

Me: Thank you 😳😳😳 I'm glad you think so

And lemme tell you I was so red and sweating even my kid looked at me like 'are you okay?'

And then Misha looked at where to sign and signed next to Dean (probably because that was one of the lighter areas) and he looked up and winked and I probably blacked out cause i don't even remember walking away after that

Here’s a parallel I noticed that highlights the difference between Cas relationship with Dean and Cas relationship with Sam pretty well. Episodes 10x22 vs 14x15

When MOC Dean is beating up Cas, Cas doesn’t hit back even once. The most he does is try to bear hug him from behind to calm him down. But not a single punch.

When Sam is Justin Smith, Cas says he won’t hurt him, but he actually does pick him up and slam him into the ground. It’s not a big deal, obviously he knows Sam can take it, but it’s something he wouldn’t even do with Dean.

Before the actual fighting, Cas tells dean, “I’m your friend… I’ll be the one that watches you murder the world.” And then when MOC Dean is on top of Cas holding the angel blade to him, Cas holds onto the wrist Dean has on his tie and the only thing he says is, “please”. He doesn’t even try to grab the hand holding the knife. And then Dean stops.

On the other hand, when Sam is on top of Cas trying to stab him, Cas uses an entirely different approach. He’s forcibly holding back Sam’s arm that’s holding the angel blade. He tells him he understands that he wants to be happy, but that if he does this he fails the people they lost. He says “if you do this you fail Jack. Sam, you fail Dean.” And that makes Sam stop.

The difference that’s so stark is that Cas has to appeal to Sam through talking about Dean. But Cas can appeal to Dean through his own relationship to him. He doesn’t need to bring up what it will do to Sam or anyone else, because their own relationship is powerful enough and he knows it.
