Modern AU Lahan, Jinshi, and Basen

I mentioned Lahan and Jinshi being roommates before, but I've always wanted to add Basen to the mix. They're the same age canonically, so it would make sense for them to share a room in university.

I'd like to think Maomao went to their dorm to give something to Lahan (Fengxian asked her to), and met Jinshi, in which Lahan introduces them. Basen and Jinshi would definitely still be childhood friends due to their parents, and I think they'd all get along decently well with the inclusion of Lahan.

This is repeating from my previous posts but I think Lahan would be majoring in mathematics, whereas Jinshi would be doing something like business or economics. I'd like to think Basen is a law student and often gets mad at the other two for their strange behaviour.

Jofu definitely lives with them (without permission from the university). She chews up Lahan's papers.

Basen and Lishu modern AU.

They're so pure, I've always wanted to visualise them in modern clothes.

The image I have is that since Basen Jinshi and Lahan are all the same age, they'd definitely be room mates in university and be in the same year. Basen probably would major in something like economics or law because Gaoshun made him (he also has a strong sense of justice so in that respect I feeeel like maybe law? But then again I'm just a sucker for law students, I think they're really cool).

Lishu would have a happy childhood - come on let this girl be happy. I think she'd still like the frilly clothes.

A funny merch idea I had a while back. I did actually end up making them but the photos I have are absolutely terrible (I am quite happy with how they turned out).

Bonus: A holographic acrylic stand I made of one of the previous drawings I did. It's quite shiny and I have it on my desk.

p bass Maomao! Partially also because I've been obsessed with looking at music gear these days (you caught me at the right timing).

I play the guitar not the bass, but something about bass Maomao works so well. Also given that, I apologise if I've gotten any details wrong.

I've never thought about taking requests or not because it never registered as a thing in my mind (I'm technologically illiterate, I don't really know how tumblr works despite being on it for a year) - but I think if I have time it works out!

I'm quite into these kinds of academic robes, I think they look cool. Here's the siblings in robes despite them canonically being in ancient China.
