This page was a struggle, as I dealt with motivation and health issues. However, I'm slowly unlearning self-sabotage practices, so I won't let guilt paralyze me. I missed my goal of a page a week, but that's okay. One mistake doesn't have to rob me of all the progress I have made. In the past, I would spiral and freeze, thinking I would have to make up for lost time by doubling my tasks. Nope, that only made my anxiety and stress increase, further paralyzing me.

We are building healthy coping skills, everyone.

Hannibal always seems so excited to peek behind the curtain.

Unrelated, but way back in the day, I had a webcomic. Over 3 years I created 70 pages. Until today, it was the longest sequential art project I had ever done. I am so proud of myself and so grateful to you all. Art is not created in a vacuum, it is transformed when it is shared with others.
