ok, now that sakuracon's over, looks like my next con'll be wasabicon pdx, plus I still have a trip to cleavland to plan for this year.

Day 0 of wasabicon is done and the table is setup! Just have to put out the price tags tomorrow and we'll be all set and ready to go!

Good News/Bad News, WasabiCon Edition!

Good News: we will be at WasabiCon 2023!

Bad News: we will NOT be at WasabiCon 2022.

We love our local cons, and WasabiCon has been really good to us since we moved to Portland, but with Evie's GCS in early August, WasabiCon 2022 overlaps with her required pre-surgery quarantine. Especially with the current "masks optional" policy, we simply can't risk any of us getting sick and throwing off her surgery schedule.

NerdyKeppie is still planning to be at @rosecitycomiccon (masks required!) in September - PDX locals, we'll see you then!

It’s only just the start of this week and one of the busiest convention seasons is quickly approaching, this weekend being the first. This coming weekend both San Diego Comic-Con and WasabiCon will be taking place, yes I know one is huge and the other is fairly small. But us here at the Convention Collective will be covering both events!  I decided to opt out of SDCC this year, because last year…

my only grievance with wasabicon pdx was when I waited a whole 30-40 minutes for a panel to start only to realize that I was waiting by the. wrong entrance💀

Not only am I in the Kumoricon artist alley November 5-7, but now I have been confirmed for Wasabicon PDX artist alley August 21-22

I'm super excited! I'll post updates later when I find out what table I'll be at.
