I’m in my schools basketball pep band, which means I’m at nearly all the home games and I dont dislike basketball but it gets old so I’ve started tracking the free throws to see if theres a correlation between *clap, finger wiggle* and them making the shot.

I love being a writer and artist. Every time I sit down to write I end up with 20 sketches of my MC. Every time I try to draw I am stricken with the need to write 10k words of backstory for a new OC.

Proof of my greatness is that I am cursed to be stricken down by illness whenever inspiration sparks. The universe fears what beautifully traumatized characters I may create otherwise.

Writing log #2

So I know I said I was done with outlining, but l just had to make some final touches and then it will be for real done.

Writing log #1:

Okay, I’ve got an extensive outline for a book and just have to start writing now.

When I started writing I was always told to be super concise with my writing, but I think I took that advice too seriously because looking back at old work it’s all rushed and flat. The characters, world, and plot have no space to develop. To combat this, I have included downtime chapters in my outline and given myself a minimum chapter length of 4k words.

I’m a little scared I’ll run out of things to say.

It's not an "abandoned" WIP, I didn't intentionally leave it in the forest to die and forget about it, it is a lost wip who wandered into the forest despite my pleas not to. I sit at the edge of the forest every day and hear it calling for help but there is nothing I can do. It is a haunting wip
