Sometimes, Sherlock receives little trinkets - - gifts in the form of little notes that don't really say much but mean multitudes. Postcards, odd artifacts, tobacco...this time he received a portrait, maybe done by an artist making them by a park, maybe it was even Paris. There was no note attached, just a kiss mark and "XOXO." This was her way of hinting where she was. Another way of asking him out to dinner. It was starting to work. He wondered how fast he could get to Paris.

I’m so glad that my portrait of Mary was received well! Now have an unfinished watercolor portrait of everybody’s favorite high functioning sociopath, Sherlock Holmes. I quite like the unfinished touch. Has a bit of art in it, eh? More portraits to come. Hope you all stay tuned. ;)
