I'm feeling really nauseous. Honestly don't know if it's because I'm actually getting sick , if it's from anxiety from alot of stuff going on at once, hormones kicking in again, seasonal depression knocking on the door or a combination.

Have been having this headache for like a week as well refusing to go away.

Turns out my hair is not weird and I've just been taking care of it wrongly....

My mind is littarly blown. For the longest time i thought my hair was just weird. Often my hair would be mostly straight but then random pieces would either have big waves or even have curls. It always left me so confused.

Then out of nowhere tiktok hit me with:

If this is how your hair acts/looks then you might have curly or wavy hair and you jusf been taking care of it in the wrong way.

All i needed was a freaking different hair dry technique with my towl and some leave in conditioner. And it lef such a big difference. Like i have big waves/curls.

It's wild.

Life does not like me, and i'm not liking life.

But mostly i'm not liking myself.

It's been a hard couple of months. Filled with problems at home, body dysmorphia, autism burn out and extremely hightend anxiety.

Just when I started to feel ok ish, life just brought me down again.

Honestly don't know what to do with myself.

It's so hard to explain. There is no anger or hatred, just pure sadness.

To have something you have been looking forward to and working towards to, something that helped you hold on to, made you happy and feel whole to then have the possibility of it not happening and it being taking away....

I feel no anger to anything or anybody,i'm just not liking myself. I feel like i'm constantly messing up, doing or saying the wrong suff.

Like whatever i do will never be good enough. Idk if that feeling stems from my autism and nvld, cpdsd or a combination of both or something completely else.

And i feel like i can't talk bout it with anybody in my personal life. Would not even know how to properly explain it.

My anxiety popping up to the extend to where i'm fysicly not feeling well is pure torture.

And idk if it's because my autism and i'm having autistic burn out or if it's my hormones. Or a combination.

but yeah... turns out level2 means verry low/non existing danger and that they just putted the explanation if the level would be 5.

(we had attacks back in 2016 but since then nothing has happened.)
