Vacker / Hooty

SO being on tumblr showed me the hooty accent but that’s the vacker accent and i saw the hooty face out on the vackers but what if Fitz was hooty- 

So I drew this, the eyes are brown cuz the blue eye thing is just messed up in multiple ways and I saw someone give the vackers a teal streak in their hair instead so I made a teal streak where I imagine the hair would be
