I run the Lesbrary and have a booktube channel. Check out the Lesbrary Goodreads project for lists of lesbian and bi women books by topic and genre. See the Master Post of Lesbian and Bi Women Book Recommendations for my favorites. Mostly lesbian lit, always bi-, ace-, aro-, and trans-inclusive.

Would love some recs for queer books centering on fandom or nerd culture if you've got 'em! Especially YA, but I'll take any age category!
Oh this is such a love of mine. First of all, if you haven’t read MK England, you are in for a treat - check out their Romance under Remi K. England, The One True Me and You, and their upcoming Roll for Love. Christen Randalls The No-Girlfriend Rule was a big fave of mine this year, and def also try Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde, My Year Zero by Rachel Gold, Looking for Group by Alexis Hall, and, for a thriller, Even if We Break by Marieke Nijkamp.
Less nerd culture but heavier on fandom, two huuuuuge faves of mine are Beating Heart Baby by Lio Min and How to Repair a Mechanical Heart by J.C. Lillis. Like all-time, please do not miss them faves. I also really liked Starworld by Audrey Coulthurst and Paula Garner (but know that it is not a Romance!) and I haven’t read The Princess and the Fangirl by Ashley Poston, but it’s def a good fit and I loved Geekerella, which came first but wasn’t queer.

Books with masculine bi women please (preferably them in sapphic relationship) but I am alright with others too!
ok so it's hard to say if these are genuinely intended as masc characters, & some i would be a little on the fence about labelling as such, but they're the most not-fem bi characters i can think of
abbott by saladin ahmed
the light brigade by kameron hurley
unconquerable sun by kate elliott
in the event of love by courtney kae (love interest)
blackheart knights by laure eve
the space between worlds by micaiah johnson
when she thaws by lily craig (?)
the unconquered city by ka doore
the black coast by mike brooks
fortune favors the dead by stephen spotswood

Happy Bi Visibility Day 2024!
Happy Bi Visibility Day! We’re celebrating as we do, with great books helmed by bisexual main characters! With absolutely no consistency, I’ve bolded the names of some of the bi MCs who aren’t called out as such in the copy. For even more recs, check out past years’ posts! Middle Grade Lulu Sinagtala and the City of Noble Warriors by Gail D. Villanueva Lulu Sinagtala can’t wait for a fun…

Sugar Town by Hazel Newlevant (review) and Love is an Ex-Country by Randa Jarrar (review). There's also one cute story in Falling In Love With Hominids by Nalo Hopkinson that fits.
I’m interested in if you have any recs for books with kinky characters that aren’t necessarily straightforward erotica — stories where kinky people get to have full lives where kink is just a part of them. I’d love to see characters talking about how kink affects their lives and relationships, how they realized they were kinky, etc. Bonus points if it’s not about BDSM, because I feel like I see that much more commonly represented than other kink communities.
R.O. Kwon's a great place to start - check out her most recent novel, Exhibit, and the anthology she coedited with Garth Greenwell, Kink. Also check out Xan West's Eight Kinky Nights, and Reese Morrison has a whole Romance series on Daddies. And if you're interested in nonfic, check out Tina Horn's Why Are People Into That?
(Also, not queer, but a Romance I always think is great for this is Hold Me Down by Sara Taylor Woods.)

Feels like an upcoming book people should know about!
A second-chance queer romance about two teens whose in-world D&D characters fall in love, but in IRL . . . things are more complicated, perfect for lovers of Ashley Poston and Becky Albertalli.
Harper Reid's summer is not off to a great start. After the death of her grandpa, she moves across the country, leaving her friends and Dungeons & Dragons group behind. She wasn’t exactly planning to start her senior year on the farm where she spent her childhood summers, but running into Ollie Shifflet—former best friend and first crush—makes things much better. When Harper discovers Ollie and her friends are starting a new D&D campaign, she quickly joins the group. As Harper and Ollie reconnect in the real world, romantic tension begins to build between Harper’s brash barbarian and Ollie’s proud paladin, but it's all just part of the game . . . right?
Ollie's future depends on keeping her bisexuality private while Harper's dreams include an out-and-proud life in their rural town, but as their feelings continue to grow with each gaming session, their relationship begins threatening everything they've worked so hard to build. As the school year comes to a close and the campaign's final boss looms on the horizon, Harper and Ollie must decide: are their feelings more than just a fantasy? Because if they want a second chance at love, they'll have to fight for it, both in-game and in real life.
