Everyone should have a mantra each year that can be seen everywhere! This is my one for this year. When i wake up its the first thing i see and when i go to sleep its the last thing i see 🌀 By having your mantra up so you can see it, it helps you remember what you decided to achieve during the year 🌈

People really need to learn that others have feelings, choices and opinions and that they should be able to go about their lives as they please Think of it this way! This is one of the things i seriously suck at most! I wish every day i was brave enough to speak the truth but fear always takes over! As we get older we feel the need to keep what we truly think to ourselves as we are frightened about what others will think about us. But this year will be different for me! My goal is to let go of the fear of being judged in whatever i do as it is pulling me down! The amount of kept secrets, the amount of times I've had to keep my guard up incase of getting hurt and guess what?! Im fucking over it! This year i will accept i have a voice and can use it to tell others what i truely think. I know i may lose some people in my life but if they truely were friends to begin with they wouldn't mind, as friends learn how to forgive and forget what has been said if they truely care about another individual !!
