Once, when Damian was suffering from a particularly nasty fever, Bruce stayed at his bed-side day and night to nurse him back to health. In a feverish delirium, Damian told Bruce he loves him. Though he didn’t remember saying anything when he recovered, Bruce never forgot it. Now, whenever the two have a fight or it seems that Damian may hate him, Bruce just reminds himself of that night. He knows that his son loves him just as much as Bruce loves him in return.
