Oh El is malen, huh. I forgot that one. Ignore all my considering Mishram's face as El, I guess.

El's actually kinda chill idk I mean he'll kill you but he won't be an asshole about it. I'd watch him and Odium talk for a while.

Odium infusing those gems is probably not a good sign. Or, a really good one, if Dalinar succeeds. (He won't)

Elsegates as in the corrupted Oathgates? Good, I love terms.

What's going on with the Shattered Plains? It's gotta have some power source.

[Wind and Truth: Day Two]

We have so many points of view, wow. I do like all of them, but I think I'm at the limit for how many we can handle. Not that we've in any way crossed that limit, but wow. Maybe Rysn can join.

We got far less Kaladin and Szeth than I expected in this section, and far less Syl than Day One. That's fine, I think they've got too much to say, and it'll be about this paced until the end. Actually, that said, I'd love for the Ten Days to form multiple kinds of keteks, be it for story, or characters, or anything. Like, returning from the Spiritual at the very beginning of Day 9. Or, 8, if Day 10 is special and separate.

Shallan's a little grating to me! She has been before, though, and I don't relate to her as I do Kaladin, but rereads have helped me appreciate her character. She is flawed, and that's something to accept in people. She's going on a very personal journey, so naturally she's focused on herself. However, there is so much help to her available, and she only seems to accept it from the people she's explicitly attracted to, (Jasnah, Adolin, Kaladin), and only after she's made it worse for herself already. (Also Wit, who's weird in all sorts of ways). Similarly, she doesn't offer much help back. Jasnah had tasks for her, but she's bad at them. Adolin gets someone to love him for him, which is a nice counterpoint to what I'm saying. Her journey beyond self-discovery has taught her cosmere awareness, but she doesn't share it with people who need to know. It's not a flaw in the writing, of course, she's fantastic, but it does annoy me, like most miscommunications.

Shallan's character aside, her story is now getting blasted into the past or something, along with Mraize and Iyatil, Renarin and Rlain, and Dalinar and Navani. And Gavinor. That's a lot of messing with time. Unfortunately, I don't have any speculation on what they could be doing. The possibilities are literally endless.

The Ghostbloods as a primary faction here is interesting, I expect they'll win something in the end, but leave Roshar, given Kelsier's comments at the end of The Lost Metal.

Jasnah, Fen, Yanagawn, Adolin, Sigzil, and the Mink, all probably trying to coordinate war efforts with a fake Dalinar/Navani.

Lift and Wit are gonna be hilarious though
