30 day thinspo challenge, days seven and eight: parents + my workout routine
was traveling yesterday and forgot to do day seven so i'm combining! my parents do not know, nor will i be telling them lol. as for workout routines, i really don't have one. i aim to get (at minimum) 10k to 15k steps per day, but i don't have time for anything more intense :/

okay so on a superficial level i'm super nervous about losing muscle tone, damaging skin/hair/nails, etc but on a deeper level i'm terrified that i won't be able to maintain anything that i *do* lose and that i'll be trapped in an endless binge-restrict cycle like i am right now.
