Doodle, I did it in the heat of the moment as I tried to restart my art engine. How dragons are seen in the west vs the east is wiiild with how far they are on the varying ends of the morality spectrum. Astra, being a Western gets a biiit more flak, which is ironic given the only other dragon we've seen is Bruce, who is an Eastern, buuut Donnie is there to remind her that it's okay.

I have a dumb idea where Donnie gets cursed and reverts back to his magic hating state and butts heads with Astra over it till she finally snaps at him.

Astra met Donnie AFTER he got over it (Donnie vs Witch town)

So she'd have to deal with that attitude for the whole episode, and eventually, April would offer her a way to try and help.

Curse keeps regressing his personality so the whole crew has to work to break it before he gets to far gone and forgets everything.

Astra and Donnie end up in a lot of give and pull, Astra doing her best to explain it scientifically, etc.

Eventually, she can't and breaks and, tells him, basically, in similar words, magic is all she has, all she understands, her only outlet to be useful, else she's a useless waste of space who has no right to live. Cause everything and everyone can do what she does but better.

Yeah meant to parallel him there, and he just looks at her like she has two heads, before they both just end up laughing, and he lightens up, and they break that curse.

He does apologize.

heads up, a LOT of the people i follow rb art from @/xz140o-rub7-t3n who is stealing from a twitter artist. they disabled comments so they couldn't complain about it, and are apparently refusing to communicate with them

i normally dont make posts like this but i was uhhhh! flabbergasted because their reposts get thousands of notes! hm

For those who haven't been following the project: Wishbone is a character drama-slash-farming sim game that takes place in a wild west-inspired setting. The player takes the role of a farmer, fresh off the wagon in a new town and tasked with building a successful ranch. The town of Wishbone might seem sleepy and mundane--albeit full of weirdos--at first, but there’s trouble brewing on the horizon: a fierce, prolonged standoff between the lawmen and the outlaws that will decide the fate of the town itself.

The Summer Year 1 beta represents a complete vertical slice of the first 25% of the final game. It contains around 10-20 hours of playtime, depending on how thorough you are.

as of march 12th clip studio is on sale celebrating their version 4 release. it's an incredibly powerful drawing program you will NOT regret getting, especially if you want to ditch adobe. the sale ends in 5 days so if you were looking into getting it, now's the time

and since i see this brought up often when i make these posts:

for pc and mac users, there's a perpetual license option; you do NOT have to get a subscription to use clip studio unless you're on an ipad

you can forever own the version of the program you buy; if a future version has things you want, you will be able to upgrade for a discount

future update releases won't make your current version unusable. you simply won't have the features any new release will include. for example, i will not be upgrading from ver 3 to ver 4 because i'm not interested in the new features

pro is for illustrations, character art, concept work; ex has handy tools for comics, webtoons and animation. both can make use of their 3d assets

Opal's all cleaned up from the shower, and they sat down and talked, Raph offering his scarf to help keep her warm.
