rant
why is it whenever i write I never really know how much i have written . When I think 'oh i have written loads , a whole novel maybe an entire series ' I read it back and realise i have written a few chapter if that . But whenever i think i have written hardly anything I do the math and realise 'oh shoot 70 a4 pages could literally be half a novel or more ' . make it make sense .

Midnight Sun
Can we talk for a second about how unreliable a narrator both Edward and Bella are . Because Bella's pov is clouded with ' why would I need to fix him , he is not broken ' and Edwards pov is a mix of him trying to inaccurately guess what Bella is thinking and him literally wanting to kill her .
Can you imagine how bored this man was after finally being allowed into Bella's mind after everything ? He is probably like , damn ( or whatever 1930's etiquette for damn is ) she is like other girls , plus he would probably think she is stupid for not fearing him for having the ' he is not broken mentality ' . Don't get me wrong he would love and I mean love it and her if she was an ' I can fix him ' girly but she is not there is a distinct line in Edwards mind where ' he is not broken ' girlies come into play . He thinks she is stupid and that her instincts are dull because she isn't afraid of him , imagine if he knew that went all the way down to her core thoughts and personality . Because Edward resents himself so much he would never be able to spend eternity with someone who thinks hes so pure and perfect .

Bella Swans Wardrobe : Discussion
I never really hear anyone talk about how Bella Swan's wardrobe ( in the screen adaptations circa late 2000's not in the books ) is such good symbolism . The more grey and cools tones in the first movie to symbolise Edward , the more earthy tones in new moon to symbolise her connection with Jacob ( after this is introduced it never fully dies down until she is a vampire ) . The long sleeves to symbolise how introverted and closed off she is . The random awkward props to symbolise how awkward she is ( e.g that damn cactus ) .
How she goes back to her cool tones in eclipse symbolising she has gone back to Edward .
In breaking dawn part 1 she wears a lot of white ( not talking about her wedding dress I'll get to that later ) . This symbolises both the fact that she is choosing Edward in a final form but also foreshadows her impending marriage .
The wedding dress . Where can I even start . The mastery of the symbolism . It has all of the symbolism of a normal white wedding dress ( purity , innocence and girlhood ) along with the added psychological impact of her nightmare and the dress covered in blood ( lust , love , Edward , desire to be a vampire but also an undertone of sub conscious horror towards them ) . It is also the tightest fitting thing she seems to wear in the entire saga ( until vampire Bella era ) this symbolises that she is getting more comfortable . Plus the sheer mesh part in the back , Bella is getting bold .
Then there is vampire Bella era . She wears black , bold blues and we love the contrast . She is finally confident . The eye makeup . She is no longer a baby doe in the headlights instead she is a powerful huntress . The lamb became the lion instead of the lion destroying the lamb .
I want to note most of her scenes with Renesmee she reverts back to wearing her cool tones and greys , this symbolises that Renesmee is an extension of her and Edwards relationship .
A/N : These are opinions that I have picked up on . Not every outfit in the movies will fit these briefs this is more of a general overview .

Felicette - Ashlynn Reid blog ( pen name )
I always hear everyone talking about Laika the dog who got sent to space . I hear a lot less people talk about Felicette the cat who was sent to space .So Felicette this is for you . There is multiple reasons for this one Laika was a dog and Felicette was and cat and two Felicette survived her original orbit and Laika didn’t. But what many don’t mention is how when Felicette came back down to earth she was euthanised so the scientists could see how space changes the brain ( they found nothing ) . And I think Felicette fate was equally bad if not much worse than Laika ‘s . Hear me out … Laika was alone and Laika knew she was alone she would have never known how everything happened to her , she wouldn’t have known who was responsible but Felicette , Felicette would have been so scared in space and then she would have seen her people ( the scientists whom she had probably been around for quite some time at this point ) and she would have felt safe , had HOPE, then they’d have come towards her “ maybe to be petted or cuddled or comforted “ but no to betray sweet Felicette one last time . my Roman Empire
