Duskbloods Gameplay Speculation!

Fully open world like Elden Ring? It looks like you’ll be able to move throughout the city in different ways. Flying, running, riding, it’s very interesting to see how many ways there are. Even trains maybe!

Standard Fromsoft combat is returning, along with a bisexual type move where you bite and rip out the enemies throat and suck out their soul! As well as rapid-fire guns! The Powder Kegs are no long heretical!

And new magic? You can TURN INTO A DINOSAUR! WERE-DINOSAURS????!? Or make someone levitate with moon magic!

Multiplayer! And it looks way more smoother than Bloodborne! Maybe it’s like Nightreign and fully smooth or at least Elden Ring and less clunkier!

It looks so cool!

Swear to god just had this almost happen with a song. Came on discovery, listened to it, liked it, saw the title and realized it perfectly fit for a fnaf song.

It wasn’t. It almost got me though. It just had one fnaf sfm cover animation.

I visited my catholic mexican great grandmother the other day and she asked me if I had a partner, and when I said no she squinted at me and asked if I was straight and laughed when I said so.

This is the same grandma who when I brought rainbow roses to her asked me point blank if this was ‘one of those pride things’ and said something like ‘that’s good for them, you should love who you love’ as she stared at me.

I mean she was half right.

My most likely most unpopular opinion about Wilds is that I actually do like World’s Handler better than Alma.

I don’t know what it is.

Alma feels safe. Like she’s cautious for the wilds.

The Handler in World was insane and would have def tried to 1v1 a Congola for a truffle mushroom. There would be a side mission where you go and half the pack is dead and The Handler is running away with a bunch of mushrooms. And would have won if they implemented her hunting horn concept art.

Also the hunter dynamic. I dunno, Alma and Wilds Hunter just feels like a weird dynamic to me. I mean I like all the characters a lot and Alma is great but it just feels kinda… okay? Nata is honestly my fav, and Rove obviously.

I just miss my psychoticly-upbeat-and-and-operating-on-most-likely-zero-sleep-and-fourty-cups-of-Loc-Lac-coffee Handler.

I’m so glad I didn’t consume World fandom since so many people have terrible takes on her.

Also, she’s way cuter than Alma. Which is why I ended up shipping my world hunter with her.

It will not happen, but I generally hope along with maybe The Excitable A-Lister, or Aiden, and The Serious Handler, Lea, she gets a cameo or something.

MONSTER HUNTER WILDS HR ENDING

I was proved absolutely right. Turns out Nata was just being emotional since he saw a monster- who may I remind people that while they are monsters to us, to the people of the MH world they may as well be stuff like Lions or Sharks as they’re a natural part of the ecosystem -that he grew attached to had to be put down after seeing it go rabid.

He even asks when he sees the Frenzied Arkveld to put it out of his misery. Who knew that people aren’t always logical in an emotionally charged moment.

I’ve seen people say, ‘oh look at him, being attached to a murder machine’ like people in real life don’t think alligators- THE ULTIMATE KILLING MACHINE -are adorable. And they are.

I will say that World just hit me in all the right places, though I do think world, like Tri to me, will just always a special place in my heart.

I honestly really enjoy that if you idle on the Seikret while out in the field it just takes you on a tour of the zone.

It’s a fun idle scene when you turn off the UI.

I had this discussion with someone else, but with how seemingly small Iceshard cliffs is in comparison to the other maps, I would not be surprised if they’re gonna add areas onto it by knocking down a wall or something.

Especially with how many little areas it has off to the side in comparison to the others, like the paths and its openendedness. Alma even says makes mentions something along the lines of ‘that structure-no it can’t be’.

The Guiding Lands proved they aren’t afraid to tag new areas onto a map as they did with the Hoarfrost region, and we’re getting a new gathering hub in the next update. I wouldn’t be surprised if they slowly add areas to the map by having the ecosystem change and suddenly a wall or a bunch of trees gets knocked down.
