This is ridiculous that I even have to say this. There are CHILDREN as young as 13 on this app, and people who have gender dysphoria. I wondered my little sibling was upset today and I found out their favorite tag, #transformers, was flooded with nudity and sex.

I'm all for body positivity and I support freedom of expression/nsfw on Tumblr- so long as you tag it as mature. It takes the simple click of the button to do so and you can save a child from seeing the inappropriate posts.

In addition using the correct tags (so people can block them) is SUPER important- just typing #nsfw or #sex or #tw (insert anything) will help so many people that are minors, sex repulsed, have trauma, or get dysphoric from seeing content not suited for them.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAG YOUR POSTS CORRECTLY AND REPORT POSTS THAT DO NOT USE THE CORRECT TAGS OR SAFETY. IF SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW REACH OUT AND LET THEM KNOW.
