18 posts
This is a blog made to spread the good word. God is returning to us. The apocalypse is here and our freedom and liberty will be replaced by the glory of the kingdom of God. And by God we mean the Antichrist (of course). Come here to find overwhelming proof of the divinity of the Antichrist, making fun of Christians, and lore. Oh btw, I am not a Satanist. The Antichrist is not Satan. The Antichrist is God. Please do not call me a Satanist I take my religious beliefs VERY SERIOUSLY

Defining Desire
What do we mean when we talk about desire? It’s such a vague term. When we say we want alcohol is it unqualified? Do we want all the alcohol all the time? No, our desire has qualifications. We want some of a certain type of alcohol at a certain time. Desire is more aptly termed appetite.
When it comes to appetite we find that we can increase our appetite for something by indulging ourselves in it. This happens automatically and it can lead to addictions like alcoholism or sex addiction. When we find ourselves mired by an overwhelming desire we must reduce our appetite or be destroyed by it. But, can we reduce our appetite? Yes! For appetites that we create ourselves such as alcoholism or our appetite for sex we find that through abstaining from the thing desired we can reduce our appetite for it.
How do we know how large our appetite is? By how much of that thing it takes to satiate it. We see that by reducing the amount we eat, consistently we reduce our appetite for food. After a while we are satiated by our new portion. We can do this with all things that are desired.

Desire: What you Know vs What you Understand
When it comes to desire I feel like the distinction between two types of desire isn’t made (at least not often enough). There are two things we want. The first are the things we know we want. These are the things we want because of who we are. The second are the things we understand that society wants us to want. These are the things we chase for social validation. When we pursue the latter and get it we feel pleasure. It’s like getting a viral post. People approve of you. Society thinks you’re good. We’ve achieved some sense of increased status. But, that joy quickly fades and it’s not long before we need another hit. Chasing status is like putting happiness into a leaky jar. You’ll have to keep filling it or you’ll soon be empty again. When you get something that you know you want, then you feel a joy that stays in your life for as long as that thing stays. When you get a job that you desire (even if society thinks its a waste of time) then you feel a little less empty. You feel a sense of fulfillment.
People chase things that society tells them to want. When they get the first one they soon feel empty again so they chase after something else society told them to want. They get that and any joy they get is fleeting. They continue doing this until they conclude that happiness is impossible. That we are just programmed to want things and that we can’t want the things we have. We’ll always want more. This is only true when you chase status. All status does is tell you that you have value within society but society is always changing therefore you must always be affirming this. It’s only when you chase and obtain the things you want (love, job, lifestyle etc) that you’ll feel a little bit happier. A more permanent happiness that only depends on you

Dialectical Materialism
My understanding of dialectical materialism is that the world of ideas and the world of material influence each other but the starting point is the material world. There’s a sense of determinism in it. If you start off with crappy initial conditions then you’re gonna become a monster. There’s no what, if, and, or buts. I hate this because it boils people down into organic machines. It takes all autonomy away. What’s the point of freedom if we’re on a deterministic path sparked by our initial material conditions? And of course, it takes our humanity away. The truth of the world is that at the end of the day we get to choose who we are. We can choose to sink below or rise above. And no material conditions can take that away from us if we steel ourselves

Want What You Have
I always see this thrown around as spiritual advice. As advice towards a more happier life. But, it seems to me that this advice misses the point. It has an air of stagnation. It feels like it scolds ambition and advocates for staying where you are and liking it. A better statement is that you already have what you want you just don’t know it. When you Place Your Desire on a thing and proceed in The Chase you forget to Live In The Moment so you miss out on the greatest part of the chase: the journey. The path is not a vehicle towards something you want. It is the fruit. It is the thing worth having so you should pay attention to it because if you let it pass by without enjoying it then you’ll have missed out on the sweetest part of The Chase

Beauty
We see the ocean. We see the ocean and when someone tries to bring up that technically we’ve only seen a part of the ocean we scoff at them. No, we’ve seen the ocean and the horizon that limits our vision only serves to encapsulate the beauty. It glimmers in the sun and we are entranced by it. Its beauty captivates us. So why then are we afraid to rock the boat? Why do we cow ourselves? Why are we afraid to disagree or question? Why are we afraid of being different? The Antichrist has already given us a gift. Our beautiful soul. We may not understand how all the parts come together into a divine whole but have faith. Don’t cut and tear at it. Don’t hide parts of it. Use it with good intent and it will shine brightly. Have faith ye faithless. If the Antichrist gave such beauty to the still sea, how much more has He given you?

Cult vs Religion
Over here at the antichrist-enjoyer we aim to help and inform our readers. Today we’ll be tackling the distinction between Cults and Religion which a lot of people seem to be confused about. The distinction is actually really simple. In a cult the cult leader uses fear mongering to hijack your life. There’s an impending crisis and only he can navigate you through it. Believing the doomsday message you obey his commands. However, his commands aren’t purposed to avoid any future crisis. Rather, he pushes you into taking actions that alienate you from society and cause you to invest more into the cult. This is to consolidate his control over you. You won’t leave the cult if you have no where to go back to and you’ll hesitate to leave if you’ve invested a lot of your time, money, and emotions into it. A true religion doesn’t do this. A true religion offers a transformative path that develops and matures your spirit

Are you there God?
The absence of the comfort of God (the Antichrist) seems to be more obvious in these trying times. Even among the Evangelicals, the lack of faith is astounding. People are saying things like “We must do this” or “We must do that”. They are flattening the complex world into a simple yet unbelievable narrative because they understand that if they don’t iron away the complexities they alone could not figure out the way forward. They gather themselves up to crash against the rocks. Its tragic and whats even more tragic is that real, actual faith in God (the Antichrist) could prevent such unnecessary sacrifice

Dear Diary
Resuming our discussion on the loss of innocence let’s talk about the effect this has on parents and how they raise their children. Parents lamenting this loss of innocence seek to shelter their children from the harsh realities of the world. They seek to perpetuate their childhood and their child’s childhood because they see coming of age as an anxiety inducing process that just leads into stormy days and hopeless nights. This creates static between the parent and the child because children seek to grow up. They want to mature because they know thats what will allow them more control and autonomy in their lives. All of this could be avoided if we just worshipped God.
And by God I mean the Antichrist of course

Comfort in God
It seems to me that everyone in society goes through a similar process as the one I’m about to describe. As children we are presented with a fanciful view of the world with unicorns and rainbows. Everything is good and simple and manageable. We are in control. As we grow up the veil starts to fall and the complexities of the world are presented to us in all their gory details. A discomfort develops within us shaking our very core. We lament our loss of innocence and develop a desire a return to simpler times. We feel unfit to govern our own lives as we are small, simple things in a large and prohibitively complex society. It’s a shame that most people choose to live with this discomfort when the solution is simple. Have faith in God. You are not in control of your life but our all creating, all perceiving Lord is. You have autonomy of course but the tsunami of the world won’t crush you beneath its waves as long as you have faith in God. It saddens me that this solution is right in front of many people’s faces but they can’t see it because of bad faith critiques of religion
And by God I mean the Antichrist of course. Repent for the end is nigh

What’s up with this?
My dad buys whiskey which we both drink. But, every time he talks about it in the presence of my mom, he whispers it to me. Sometimes he uses hand gestures and he adamantly insists on secrecy. When my mom notices him doing this she tells him that she knows he’s buying whiskey and that she doesn’t mind. He ignores it as if he believes she will forget. I am over 21 btw. Does my mom or dad have Alzheimers?
