hey everyone who follows me: i am not going to active much on this account. with school work and life in general taking up most of my time, i stopped heading on here as often. besides that, just having to deal with the constant discourse of star wars irl has left a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t have the energy to scroll as much because of it. i know i joke about it being exhausting existing as a sw fan but it is and that’s why im taking a hiatus with my return being undetermined. if you want to see my posts about my other assorted likes and dislikes you can follow my new main: here-i-go. who knows, i might (honestly this is likely) be crawling back like the gremlin i am when (if?) the mandalorian returns and when the cassian andor series comes out. until then, stay safe and may the force be with you !

absolutely mind-boggling that favreau created a character as good as din djarin

no one is doing it like temuera morrison, he really got himself cast in a big tv show like that and did everything within his power to portray the character with as many specifically Māori traits as possible. actively encorportating the haka into how he fights? specifically requesting a weapon which could be wielded like a taiaha?? and then theres a whole section in the doco about how important using Māori culture in boba fetts character was. absolute fucking national treasure
