People I have helped seemed to either want more, want everything to go exactly their way, or feel like it's my obligation. I have been told I needed to do more it wasn't enough, that they have a life and my time isn't as important, and so on. This has made me scared to give myself, overextend, and help people. I always feel taken advantage of with little to no gratitude expressed. I might be helping the wrong people, but helping people often hurts me. I always go into it with a good heart happy to help and leave feeling less than....

Hurt by most of my family......

I feel invisible, unheard, disrespected, unsupported, used, judged, criticized, and unloved. Does anyone else have this feeling about their family?

Healthy is my beautiful.

I’m either to fat or to skinny, and this is coming from so called friends. I am finally taking care of myself changing my eating habits, and exercising to be healthy. And naturally your body will loss weight. Sorry I don’t look like a girl from Love and Hip Hop or Americas next top model. I can’t be everyone’s standard of beauty I just want to be healthy.

Life

Sometimes life has a way of throwing everything at you at the worst times, and your still expected to continue with your daily responsibilities and doing everything right in everyone’s eyes. I think we should all have a pass in life! I am sick of living my life accordance to what other people feel or think of me. People need to give people chances, and stop pointing the finger so fast at someone who is not prefect! You never know what that person is dealing with! Spread love, and not judgement!
