My story!

Imarried Huda on June 22nd. I was very happy with her. I photograph humanitarian issues for the world. The war started and we were exposed to a deadly attack that we miraculously survived.

We became homeless, without food or drink. My wife was crying. I set up my tent for the first time after displacement on November 1st. We sought refuge with all the relief organizations, but no one helped me. We are now awaiting the birth of our first child after a long wait. Huda is pregnant... I tried to search for safety by any means, for me, my wife Huda, and our eagerly awaiting son, Malek! 😭

We were surprised by the new displacement and the terrifying sight of the bombing. We lost everything we owned for the second time, we took refuge in Rafah, I tried in every way to provide healthy food for my wife and our expectant child, but we were surprised for the third time by a major attack that made us leave without any food or shelter, Huda is eight months pregnant and we were displaced for the fifth time, this time is the worst, Huda and I stayed for five days sleeping on the burning sand of the sea. We did not taste food for five days, 💔

Children are starving. Mothers spend the day searching for crumbs. Fathers are shadows of themselves, carrying pain they can’t express. No clean water. No food. No medicine.

This is not a page from history — this is now. In Khan Younis. In the dust and mud, among torn tents and empty pots.

There is a fire in my heart that no one can see‼️

This is the Third time I’ve lived through the brutality of hunger its harshness, its silence.

I walk through the streets of the city and find nothing to feed my children.

🩸The first time was last year, when I documented my situation holding onto a piece of bread after over a month of deprivation.

🩸The second time was 6 months ago when I brought some flour for my family and I was very tired because it was a very long walk.

🩸Now, I’m reliving that same pain.

The helplessness before my children, the heartbreak, it feels like I’m failing as a father. This is the very definition of powerlessness. I am of no use to them.💔💔

I am Shams from Gaza, 17 years old, a girl from a family of 7. I was in my first year of high school before the war. I loved my family, my school, my friends, and life itself. But the war came and took everything I loved away.

The days have passed filled with loss and hunger. We no longer go to school—education has stopped, my school and home were bombed, and now my sister, her four daughters, and I all live in a single room.

We are struggling just to find a bite to eat, to have a roof that protects us from rain, rocket shrapnel, and the smell of gunpowder. Time passed, and I was supposed to take my final exams this year, but the war took away our right to education in every way.

We are facing the worst living conditions—insanely high prices for food, cleaning supplies, and medicine. We are displaced after losing our home. My father was injured while trying to find food; he suffers from a herniated disc in his back.

We are truly in need of help. Life here is almost impossible, and the conditions are extremely harsh. Please help me secure shelter, food, medical care, and at least a livable situation. A little from you can make a big difference.

I am Mohammed from Gaza, 28 years old, and I live with my father and brothers. We all used to live a peaceful life together in our home. As you can see, this was our home before it was completely destroyed. It was our home, but now it is in ruins.

We worked 24/7 to rebuild our home, but now, after all these years of hard work, we have lost everything and have become homeless and displaced.

As for our work and our business, my brother and I had a university cafeteria, and we had a dream of being able to provide the best food to the students in our city.

At Al-Aqsa University, we worked together hand in hand to make this possible, and just as it was starting to happen, a war broke out and shattered all our dreams. We woke up to the nightmare of war, seeing the university destroyed. At that moment, we were desperate, helpless, and lost.

Not just our home and our workplace. But can you imagine the moment you see the last thing you owned destroyed, ruined, and shattered? So, for God's sake, you are the only ones who can help us rebuild our shattered lives. I would be very grateful for your kindness and support.

A bit about each design bc I cant help myself:

Hot Rod

Important distinction! This is hot rod, not rodimus prime. So I more closely referenced g1 hot rod and his earlier idw comic appearances, and sort of mushed em together with some of the racers. He didnt have much access to the decals and paint he wanted as a miner, plus the constant tough work wouldn’t let any of it last very long. So now he makes up for it being as flashy and gaudy as his vanity allows (it allows a lot). Bright colors, stickers, you cant see it, but he’s got his name slapped across the hood of his alt-mode. The stylized flames were a bit tough- tfones art deco style doesnt lend well to the organic shapes of fire, but I think what I have reads well enough for me to stop fiddling with it. I gave him some blue bio-lights to offset the warm colors, and the flames he makes are blue as well. I’m leaning more towards his fire being a flashy but effective mod rather than an outlier ability.

Drift

This is Drift at the end of his arc, after all his major plot points. He’ll have a few other designs from the start of his journey to here, but I wanted to get this one out of the way. Hot Rod, Drift, Ratchet, and a lot of other bots have red on em, so I make them distinct by shifting the hue. Hot Rod is a warm, annoyingly bright red, while Drift is so cool his grays are purple and his red is really a pink. There’s a background mech in tfo, a bike, who I basically just took the design of with some adjustments to make him more unique. I also wanted him to be a car instead of a bike, so I changed some aspects of his frame to lend to more of a 3 tire race car. As Deadlock(who’s design im still refining), he basically rebuilt his entire frame at the beginning of the war to be heavily armored and almost unrecognizable. So when he joins the autobots, he basically reverts back to his original newly cogged form, with some nods to his travels. He’s lithe and strong, and now unburdened by his need to be powerful and in control with weaponry and armor.
