I keep talking about writing this Toji fic but that's just bc I dunno where I wanna start with it and end it yk

Like I DO know these little key (?) points I wanna have with it:

— Toxic relationship between Toji and Reader.

— They both are toxic in their own ways. They REALLY want this relationship to fix themselves.

— But they also try to fix each other which ultimately leads to them breaking off the relationship.

— They both know they have baggage, and they don't know where to put it, and neither of them go to therapy so they don't know the internal problems they're dealing with until it all of it accumulates within the relationship until it blows up in their faces.

— I also want reader to be insecure and feel undeserving, but also feel the need to be a provider.

I just, ugh, I want it to be really toxic but not abusive or stuff like that, just enough to where they love each other (or at least, they think they love each other) so much that by the time all of their baggage comes to the surface they realize they can't be together, yk?

47. Sickfic/caretaking for Aprilnardo(or Rasey?)

Notes: these two are in an established relationship here. April is being lamer than Leo here, rare! This is based on the time I got sick and was insanely dramatic about it.

"Urghhh... ” April groaned. “...This sucks so bad. I seriously feel like puke girl all over again...”

While she was in the middle of her pity party wrapped up in her blankets, Leo squeezed her hand in an attempt at comfort, a gentle smile on his face; creating a contrast between the two as April looked anything but soft and smiling.

"Leo, baby," April turned to him, squeezing his hand back for dear life. "Baby, if I die of this fever, Imma need you to lie to the entire school how, okay? There's no way there are gonna be headlines about me-" COUGH "-saying shit like 'puke girl died as she lived!' I can't have that-" COUGH "-Do you understand? Can you do that for me?"

Leo looked amused at her dramatics, but held back a laugh. No need to make her even more grouchy. "Yeah, yeah, don't even worry about it; I'd totally do that for you. It's a good thing you're not dying though, right?"

April laid there, completely silent.

"Hey... April?" Leo spoke gently. His expression became concerned. "You're gonna be fine, okay?

April groaned again. "... I think I should go to bed... You gonna be there when I wake up?"

Leo nodded.

April yawned. "Good. I like seein' your face... Night, Leo. Love youuu."

Leo's face warmed up. "Aww... Yeah. I love you too, " He leaned forward to press a small kiss on her forehead. He smiled at her, still holding her hand. "... See you when you wake."
