Are you trying too hard? I fear I've been struggling with this. I've noticed some things come so easy to me, but the things that I really really want I struggle with. The desire is so big, it feels so big, it's hard to detach from the physical realisation part. I get anxious and feel like all of my happiness depends on getting and I try so hard to get, that I forget to be. This is what over-complication looks like.
This is what Neville tells us in "The Power of Awareness" chapter 14:
Your journey from one state of consciousness to another is a psychological one; so to make the journey, you must employ the psychological equivalent of "Least Action" and the psychological equivalent is mere assumption.
Least Action means minimum effort (minimum amount of energy * minimum amount of time). This is a concept which you see in all physics - states are occupied through minimum effort. I don't like to "prove" LOA through science, but I think it's an analogy you might appreciate. Particles and larger phenomena strive for minimum effort. And so should you.
It is mere assumption which you should focus on. Your attention on the assumption is all you need, nothing else. Your desire already exists, because creation is finished. You're not conjuring up anything new, you're not changing your world for that matter, you're changing your assumptions.
For the Lord seeth not as a man seeth, for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7
Your outward appearances might be telling you one thing, however it is but the tiniest facet of reality. Looking on the heart means looking at your assumptions. And that is what determines what you physically experience.
Everything comes down to this present moment. Your assumptions are your present moment, your past, your future - everything is in this present moment. It is everything. Forget anything else and focus on this present moment.
Be still (least action) and know that you are that which you desire to be.
It is time to be. Stop daydreaming (thinking ABOUT not thinking OF) about the potential future and start being. So, say "yes" to yourself. Say "yes" to the state. Be still and know it is done.

I know the Bible app posted this today, because it's Sunday, but this ties in well with the art of assumption. You have assumed. Now it's time to rest. Remember, least action, minimum effort. Know it is done. And the world has no choice but to conform now.
It is not complicated. Just choose a scene that makes you happy and feel it. Feel it to truly be yours in this present moment.

💗Robotic affirming is repeating your affirmations until you get your desire. It works instantly , it is totally worth it. You don't have to believe your affirmations. You can repeat them mindlessly.
🤖It doesn't matter how long you do it . There are no rules. You can use as many affirmations you want to. Robotic affirming helps to pass your limits and doubts. Let's say you affirm for 1- 2 hours for your desire but then start wavering ( complaining , worrying , entertaining opposing thoughts etc ) . It is okay if you waver but don't dwell on those thoughts. Deny them. Don't let them get to you. Ignore those thoughts and start repeating your affirmations . Sammy ingram said that you can say your affirmations out aloud to get rid of negative thoughts because you can't speak one thing and think another thing at the same time.
💗Basically, you are saturating your mind with what you want. Once those affirmations become dominant , they will manifest since dominant thoughts manifest. The more you familiarize your mind with your desire, the more fast you will manifest it.
🤖Affirm. Affirm and Affirm. Don't leave your important tasks, in other words, don't neglect your life to affirm but affirm when you are scrolling through your phone , showering , doing skincare , cooking, eating etc .
💗You affirm until your desires materialize into the 3D . You need to be RELENTLESS. You need to be CONSISTENT. Don't think about how or when your desires will manifest. Don't put your desires on a pedestal. I mentioned it my paradigm and mental diet post too and I will mention it again , REPETITION IS THE KEY.

i have manifested getting into my dream college, straight As every semester, visiting NYC, and a HUGE glow up (nourished hair, clearer skin, beautiful body, pretty face, emotional intelligence, baddie mindset, and supportive friends + family) in 2022. here's all the things i did that worked for me! i understand everything does not work the same for everyone, for example i find visualization fun and easy to do while affirming, even though natural to me, seems like work to me so i use it as an aid to fuel my visualization. i have had bad mental health days but i persisted in my desires regardless because i know i always get everything i want.

1. understanding yourself and your thought processes:
this is not necessary for you to manifest what you want but it helps in creating self-awareness in the long term. i used to overthink a lot (manifested it away) so i affirmed and visualized during any free time i had, and eventually my doubts faded away. even if they pop up sometimes, i'm just like meh that's not true and brush them aside. for me, processing all my complicated emotions is essential to me because i get to know my patterns and start working on changing them. it does not matter what triggered them, you've to live with them for the rest of your life if you don't feel them and let them go.
2. discovering new things:
you should get out of your comfort zone. there are thousands of things in the world you haven't experienced. desires can change and you aren't obligated to stick to this one dream when something else lights up the fire inside you in the present. i had the dream of living in NYC for a long term but I became more open to DC, LA, Philadelphia, and other cities after visiting them. i have explored new hobbies too and they've become an important part of me now. being adaptable is important!

3. never settle:
a dream might be small for someone while the same dream might be unattainable for someone else. it's all about persisting in your desires and making them seem attainable to your subconscious. you don't have to lift a finger to manifest, so why aren't you being stubborn about what you want? why are you settling for less when you deserve to have so much more? don't settle for bread crumbs when you can have a WHOLE DAMN LUXURIOUS MEAL.
4. self-concept:
the qualities i find most attractive in a person are communication, efforts, dedication, honesty, and loyalty. so i start affirming for those qualities in myself! i embody them by telling myself, "i am dedicated, honest, and loyal", "i am irreplaceable and unforgettable just because i exist", "i communicate and put in efforts for the people who have the greatest in mind for me." we love people who are secure in themselves and so, we naturally gravitate towards them. i don't care if someone has a pretty body or a pretty face. if they have the drive to succeed in what they're doing and they're giving me princess treatment, i'd immediately fold. it's the inner qualities that stay in the longer term (though you can forever be ageless and youthful, but to complement that you need a beautiful mind and heart - those make you more attractive).

the stem of most people’s self doubt in manifestation is the plaguing thought of “am i doing something wrong?” i know bcuz i fell victim to this reoccurring thought and it made everything harder then it had to be.

manifestation is EASY. the easiest thing in the world even, it’s so simple but bcuz it’s illogical most ppl have a hard time believing that it can be so easy. manifestation is SUPPOSED to be easy, so if it feels easy for you that doesn’t mean that ur doing something wrong. 
when u experience self doubt what you SHOULDNT do is browse tumblr or scroll on social media looking to consume more loa content, the opinions of others etc. you already know how to manifest. you are in control. what u need to remember is ; 
the thoughts that u persist in will manifest
all u need to do is persist in only the thoughts that u want 
meaning that u need to be conscious of ur thoughts a majority of the time 
your doing everything right and everything that u desire is already guaranteed and YOURS ALREADY. so stop looking for reasons ur doing something wrong. if ur persisting in ur new thoughts then ur doing everything right. all u need to do is keep going. 
i feel like 90% of loa “failure” can be explained by people who wavered (aka they didn’t keep going) so this post is ur reminder to NOT LET THAT BE YOU. if u want ur manifestations then keep going, it’s all up to you and you know what you’re doing, own it.

This is the only law of assumption post you’ll ever need, basically manifesting 101. This is a perfect post for beginners, but is also a great read if you’re looking to go back to basics. I sincerely hope this helps you and clears up anything you’re questioning!

★ Manifesting
To manifest is to persist in an assumption until it manifests into your 3D reality.
★ Assumptions
To create an assumption/to assume is to accept something to be true without proof. This can be done by simply stating you have a desire and then persisting in the fact that it is true.
★ Persistence
To persist is to continue with an act. So, continue to stand firm in your assumption. You cannot be persisting then complain about not having your desire, that is not standing firm in the fact you have your desire, that is persisting in the state of lack.
★ States
States are not a method. You are always in a state of consciousness. But what does it mean to be in a state? A state is what you are identifying with, your thoughts, your emotions, everything to do with your consciousness and mindset. You simply get into a state by setting the intention, or by well… stating an assumption.
★ The 3D and the 4D
The 3D is our physically reality, while the 4D is our imagination. The 3D is nothing but a mirror of the 4D, this is why your assumptions manifest into the 3D, and why the 4D is referred to as the only reality - The 3D wouldn’t exist without the 4D. Everything is based off of your assumptions, you have the power to change absolutely anything. If you can imagine it you can have it.
★ The state of the wish fulfilled
The state of the wish fulfilled is to be in a state of mind in which you are sure you have your desire. You maintain the state by standing firm and persisting in your assumption. You can also use methods to enter the state of the wish fulfilled but this isn’t necessary. The state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state with time.
★ Ignoring the 3D
The 3D is to not be ignored. The 3D is to be dismissed. Ignoring the 3D can lead to spiralling and stress. You should be able to look at your current circumstances and tell yourself that your circumstances will change, they are not permanent. You should not be trying to change your 3D, the idea of the law is to change your 4D, to change your imagination and thought patterns because that is what is reflected into the 3D.
★ Methods
There are many methods out there, such as visualisation, scripting and affirming. These are not the only method, you can even create your own methods! These are only tools to help you enter the state of the wish fulfilled and to impress your subconscious mind. No method is necessary for manifesting, only do a method if you enjoy it. Do not do a method just because it has worked for someone else, especially if you do not enjoy it. Do only what works for you and makes you feel good.
Visualisation is the act of forming a mental image in your mind, including scenarios, with the intent to bring them into reality.
Scripting is when you write down your desires as if you have them or are going to get them. This can be done on paper or digitally, most people do this as if they were writing a diary entry.
Affirming can be seen as a method, but in reality we are affirming all the time. Affirmations are just thoughts. So how can this be a method? By purposely repeating a certain affirmation multiple times throughout the day or even multiple affirmations.
Vaunting is the same as simple old affirming, but instead of just one sentence it is multiple sentences, a paragraph.
★ Negativity
Most people worry about having negative thoughts and emotions, thinking it has ruined their manifestions. You are allowed to have negative thoughts and emotions; Obviously, it would be nice not to and you should strive for positivity in your life. But do not go out of your way to spiral by feeding into negative thoughts, if you get a negative thought acknowledge it, do not become a victim to your own imagination and mind. You can cry and have negative emotions, do not bottle up your emotions, but do not tell yourself that you’ve ruined everything just because you’re having a normal human reaction. As long as you’re returning to the state of the wish fulfilled more times that the state of lack, then the state of the wish fulfilled will become your natural state, which is what we are trying to achieve.

With all that being said, you have and will forever have the power to manifest. Manifesting is not some magical voodoo superpower, it is part of life, but it just isn’t common knowledge. You are someone who has this knowledge, you know that your assumptions create, so please do not hold yourself back. There are no limits. If you really want what you desire you will discipline yourself and put in the effort. This is all about you, you create the rules and you create your reality. This pile has understood their own gift and method of manifestation, I feel like this pile has gone through its fair share of trial and error and have now understood which method works best for them. I see majority of you have already manifested a few things out of your list but there seems to be one or two main ones you are still working on bringing to reality. Be prepared for some major changes because to get these manifestation into reality I see a tower and death card moment that needs to happen. You have done a lot work when it comes to trying to manifest this in your life. However, the vision I’m seeing is for these manifestation to come to reality it’s not only practice but also a detox as they would not fit in your current life. March and April. Be prepared to see one of two of your major manifestation to come to reality. I don’t see you being surprised as you have been putting the work in. There is a strong inner knowing. Congratulations!
Key to make this work faster: Detox your life, anything that does not longer reserves you let go of it and NEVER and I mean NEVER look back

Pile 2:
Nurture: Feminine energy, Inner Child
This group has not yet seen anything come to reality as of yet. Some of you have one goal and one goal only but are struggling to understand why your manifestations have not come to light. I'm here to tell you there is a blockage in energy, one that has to do with personal inner growth and healing. I see a gray cloud near your sacral chakra and throat chakra. This group would do well to start writing daily in a journal. I also sense this group may overthink the manifestation method too much, trying multiple methods to see if they're doing it wrong. The key here is you need to be in the right mind space to start receiving from the universe or God, depending on who you believe in. Your manifestation will come to reality six months into creating a healthy routine that includes catering to your feminine energy and inner child healing (the inner child part will be painful to go through but also refreshing at the same time).
Key to make this work faster: Play subs during the night while you’re asleep, Journal literally everything in your life, start working on self care, stop overthinking about others and focus on yourself, speak your mind OUT LOUD and clearly, take walks in nature, start scripting from an “I AM” point of view including gratitude.

Experimental: The Fool & The magician 
key word: Consistency
Collective from this pile feel like new energy, new to the practical side of manifestation or have done a full reset and want to start from the beginning. Most of you have studied and explored the mindset point of view when it comes to manifestation and would now like to test the practical side of it. I see a lot of you being very sceptical due to an influxes of information coming in regarding manifestation. When it comes to the practical side of things and the work you put in it’s important you meditate on which methods you would like to start of with, which methods spiritually calls to you, not every method works for everyone. List all the methods that call to you and truly mediate of which one would best serve the manifestation you’re currently looking to achieve. One you have made the choice… practice consistently. This pile definitely rely on logic and practicality, so I see you guys being successful at this. There is a strong magician energy to you all, an academia background. You guys may even make a book documenting how your journey is going, what you’ve notice, what you would try in a different ways. There is no time frame because it doesn’t really seem like this pile is looking for a time but mainly a method to which works best for them. After mediating on a time frame and pulling a few cards, I feel you manifesting your first goal in 10 weeks to 12 weeks, Congratulations!
Key to make this work faster: Consistency is very important here: it should be part of your daily routine, part of your lifestyle, mental diet: learn about your mind and how you communicate to yourself

Persistence is soo important in getting what you want. There's a lot of people that like to throw "persist" around loosely without really knowing what it means.

Persistence ⋆ firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Persistence is only effective if it is continuous.
True persistence means that you stick to your new story more often than not.
Example, Chloe has a desire she wants manifested. She'll live in her imagination for a whole day and feel so confident. Chloe claims it is done. Next day, she'll start the day in her imagination however for the rest of the day, she'll let her mind run wild with thoughts not aligned. Chloe will repeat this cycle of living in the end and then returning to the old state. Then, Chloe will think to herself, "I said it's done, why isn't anything happening, where's my desire??"
Chloe is close to making her desird state dominant but the process restarts everytime she returns to the old man for the majority of the time. She says she is persisting because she can live in the end but she will continue entertaining the old story more. She also delays the process by questioning the how and when.
This takes discipline and a mental diet. It also takes a level of awareness because it can easy to go back to our old story unconsciously when it is our dominant state. This can take less than a day, two days, or two weeks to create a decent level of discipline and awareness. It's different for everyone as we are all on our own journey. ♥

this is a quick yet effective method to help y’all live in the end and manifest EXTREMELY fast.
basically you affirm in the past tense. more specifically for this method, you affirm as if you already received your desire yesterday!!
✧ example
“i got my dream job yesterday!” 
“my sp confessed to me yesterday”
“i woke up with my desired face yesterday”
“i received a million dollars yesterday” 
“i got all of my desires yesterday” 
when you affirm, really get into the state that you already have your desire and that your manifestation already showed up. how would you feel if you received your desire yesterday? get into that state and really embody the feeling of wish fulfilled. it’s done. there’s nothing more you need to do because you literally got your desires yesterday! 
✧ 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
if you ever start to waver or doubt because you don’t see any “evidence” or “movement” remind yourself that it’s DONE! why would you stress or worry about receiving something you already have?
let's say you ordered something online and received the package yesterday. would you be saying “oh where is it? is it really coming, i don’t see it. i rlly hope it arrives :(('' NO you would be enjoying whatever you ordered, like duh of course you have it!! you got it yesterday.
that’s the mindset you need to have with your desire. be in the absolute END of your desires and know for a fact that the 3d will conform to your desires! by affirming that your desires manifested yesterday, so are putting yourself in the state of wish fulfilled and taking the stress of waiting off of you. (here’s an excellent video by my fav loa youtuber on living in the 4d)
when neville wanted to go to barbados, what did his mentor abdullah tell him? "you ARE in barbados!" he consistently reminded neville that he was already where he wanted to be. abdullah told neville to go to sleep every night as if he was literally in barbados. at first, neville kept wavering and looking at the 3d and every time he complained, abdullah slammed the door in his face and reminded him that he was already in barbados. eventually, neville manifested first-class tickets to barbados!
in the same way, you need to completely live in the state of already having your desires. by affirming in the past tense, you are giving youself the absolute assurance that you already recieved your manifestations. it's DONE! you arrived in barbados yesterday! there's nothing more that you have to do now.
✧ 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞!
everyday for at least a week (or however many days you want) affirm that you already received your desires yesterday! ask yourself “how would i be thinking/feeling if i got my desire yesterday” then think and feel those thoughts. mentally go throughout your day as if you literally just got your desire. as a bonus, you can use SATS and affirm/visualize yourself having your desire just like neville did!

do you know you have it or do you hope to have it? do you feel peace and satisfaction or are you doubting?
why a lot of people have anxiety when manifesting is because they choose hope over knowing. this is rooted in not having a full understanding of consciousness being the only reality. when i say consciousness is the only reality, then i mean that absolutely everything is you. when you understand that consciousness is the only reality then you would break the habit of feeling remorseful, depressed, or regretful. You will no longer think unkindly about another, because you will know that he is actually yourself pushed out, and appeared in your world because the Father in you called him. (Neville).
developing this mindset can obviously take time but if you live your day to day life acknowledging your consciousness as the one and only reality, then you’ll get there and it will all become habitual. but for it to become habitual you need to first break the bad habits that hinder you from getting there.
the habit you need to break is checking the outside. eg when you make your mind on what you want you might start to rationalise and think how it’s not possible or might not happen. that’s living on hope. or you might be looking for confirmation that you’re going to get what you want all day long. again, living on hope.
so, what does it mean to live on knowing instead? you KNOW you already have it because consciousness is the only reality and what you do in consciousness will be duplicated to the outside. you assume not for it to be so, but because it is so. you don’t have to “fake” anything. there is no need as you already have it. you don’t need external validation. all you need is within. it is your word over everything. if you say so, then so it is.
so break this cycle of remorse. assume new lovely thoughts and let them be. when it brings you relief and joy, you know you have accepted it. it is yours.

🧼Do a favor to yourself, please drop the old story now!!!Stop complaining , stop persisting in the old story. Focus on the new story, replace the old story with the new story. The new story where you get everything you want and have all your desires. The more you are repeating the story , the more dominant it becomes, and you continue to manifest the old story in your reality.
🤍If you are repeating the old story , you are also consciously or unconsciously putting yourself in the victim mentality. Please realize that you are the creator of your reality, the old story has no control over you , you have control over the old story. Let's say , you want to manifest appearance change but you keep repeating the old story , do you think you will manifest the new story or your desire by continously repeating the old story ?
🧼The dominant story manifests - if your old story is more dominant than the new story then your old story will continue to manifest and vice versa. Now how do we make the new story more dominant than the old one ? According to me , you must affirm to remind yourself of the new story , in other words , affirm to remind yourself that you already have your desires. Mental diet is always helpful , focus on the new story more. ( click me to know more about mental diet !) The more you affirm that " you are chosen " the more dominant " you are chosen" story will manifest in your reality.
🤍If you have read my previous post ( click me !) where I mentioned the difference between conscious and subconscious mind, our subconscious mind is emotional and can't differentiate between what is real and what is fiction.Our subconscious mind is our naive friend who believes whatever we tell them.We should use this to our advantage. "Your subconscious mind is like a bed of soil that accepts any kind of seed , good or bad . Your thoughts are active;they are the seeds. Negative , destructive thoughts continue to work negatively in your subconscious mind. 🧼For instance, you want to manifest clear skin but you keep seeing tiny bumps on your skin. Don't complain about it or react, tell yourself how you have the most clearest skin in the universe!!! What tiny bumps ?? Your skin is so clear that even WONYOUNG IS JEALOUS!! or let's say you want to manifest a good self- concept, to manifest good self- concept , stop complaining about your old one! If you aren't telling it to anyone but telling yourself about how you have it all and everything always works out for you. You aren't only creating a new self concept or a new story , you are rewiring your subconscious and the 3D reality into becoming what you want. Stop telling yourself the old story , it doesn't exist. Only your new story exists where you have everything you want.
🤍Sometimes you may need to push yourself to affirm the new story. Leaving the old story may cause discomfort but it's totally worth it ! Don't allow the old story or the unwanted 3D reality to take the best of you. You deserve a good life, you deserve to be happy ! 💗
🧼Be delusional, you have your desires because you said so !! Anything is possible , there are no limits. You are limitless !!
🤍It's okay to react , waver or doubt yourself but it's not okay to stay there forever. Feel your emotions, but get back on track.
🧼One more example , suppose you aren't chosen and struggle with rejection. In order to be chosen , feel being chosen. Affirm . Embody it. Whenever you get thoughts like you are not chosen by your desired person or friends or school or college etc, reject them.Ask yourself why you are feeling this way ? Know that you and only you can change this feeling and turn it to your desired feeling. According to me , affirmations work the best. Affirm . Even if you only repeat one basic affirmation - " I am chosen " , it will work. You need to make the " I am chosen " story dominant. The more you focus on it , the more dominant it will become and manifest in your reality .

I feel like alot of you guys been so used to victimizing yourself that you don’t realize how powerful and limitless you are. since you know about the law of assumption and know that you are the creator and/or god of your reality, why not use this to your advantage and start seeing yourself as someone who owns the fucking world? because trust me, NOTHING in this world is more powerful or greater than you.
imagine knowing the power you hold over your reality but yet STILL choose to let external sources affect you. there’s BILLIONS of people in the world who has no idea about the law of assumption and think that everything they see in their 3D is set in stone but you know about the law of assumption and yet still don’t acknowledge how powerful you are? i’m sorry but that’s worse than being the billions of people who doesn’t know anything about the law of assumption.
WAYS YOU CAN STEP INTO YOUR POWER:
assume/affirm & persist + mental diet: you can just assume that you are ALREADY the person who is powerful and limitless but if you find it hard to do that then you can affirm and persist while keeping a good mental diet by catching and switching negative thoughts and/or thoughts that doesn’t relate to your powerful self.
visualizing while listening to music: istg this is so fun to do but while listening to any music of your choice that makes you feel like on you’re on top of the world, you can visualize yourself being the most powerful & unstoppable person ever.
STOP WASTING YOUR FUCKING POWER AWAY AND START STEPPING INTO IT RIGHT NOW!

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself 
what am i thinking right now? 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;  
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.

this is going to be a simple informative introduction to mental diets.
mental diet is kind of like a regular diet but with your mind. so what this means is being aware of your thoughts all the time. only thinking thoughts that imply you are already living your dream life. -> instead of limiting food that is bad for your body, you’re limiting negative thoughts that are bad for your mind. 🧠
what if i have a negative thought on accident? — don’t worry, when ever u have a negative thought just don’t let it spiral, and affirm that u have ur dream life already. it might be hard at first but trust me, just keep affirming and it’ll get easier.

so what this also means is also avoiding negative media. anything that influences negatively your mental state. because even if you’re not agreeing with what you’re seeing it’s still gonna penetrate ur subconscious mind. internet can make it very hard to tell which thoughts are your thoughts and which thoughts are coming from other people.
ᵈᵉˡᵉᵗᵉ ᵗʰᵃᵗ ᵍᵒᵈᵈᵃᵐⁿ ᵗⁱᵏᵗᵒᵏ! — on tiktok u have no control over the content that is being shown. its full of people traumadumping and putting other people down. its also bad for ur focus which makes it harder to focus on ur thoughts.
this also means the news, music, tv etc. you don’t have to cut these out but for example choose a tv show where the main character is living your dream life or listen to positive songs with lyrics that have affirmations. or just read a damn book girl…

have you ever heard of the saying that ”your room is the reflection of your mind”? having a clean environment is proved to reduce stress, boost productivity, give you better sleep and improve focus.
putting a kick start on your diet can help. imagine that all the trash in your room, all the empty cans are negative thoughts and you’re throwing them away. do you go dig the trash can after u’ve thrown your trash? no. so why would u think the negative thoughts all over again?
ˢˡᵉᵉᵖ ⁱˢ ᵗʰᵉ ᵇᵉˢᵗ ᵐᵉᵈⁱᵗᵃᵗⁱᵒⁿ — did you know that the ideal 8 hours of sleep that they say is enough actually applies to men? studies have shown that women need 10 hours of sleep to feel energised during the day. anyways, even if you are not a woman, u need to sleep more. lack of sleep leaves your brain exhausted. it makes it harder to focus and makes it harder to control your mind.

ⁱᵍⁿᵒʳᵉ ᵗʰᵉ 3ᵈ! — last but not least ignore the 3d. 3d is an illusion. it’s the reflection of thoughts that have once been thought. you can always change the 3d. if you just keep affirming the 3d will change JUST👏KEEP👏ARRIFMING👏 and eventually you’ll be put in a situation where ypu have ur wishes fulfilled.

anyways these are just some of my tips and thoughts. there’s plenty of information about mental diets here so go do your research but i thought making a simple guide could be helpful for the people who are new to mental diets <3
