Yearly reminder: do not stop taking your medications of any kind because you’re feeling better. You are feeling better because of the medicine and that’s okay! If you stop taking it you’ll feel worse again soon, so trust it to do what it needs to. If you have any other concerns ask your physician.
Bravery is continuing on despite the fact things are difficult and one is scared. It can be shitty to have to be brave, but you are strong enough to continue.
What you tell yourself becomes reality. Practice believing you are brave even if you don't feel it, and, slowly, the hard things will get a little easier. They might not stop being hard and for that I am sorry. But, you are strong enough to get through them, be that by leaning on a support system or by inventing new ways to make it through the day and through your obstacles.
Btw it is fine to change your system name. You're not stuck with the first one you choose. We used to call myselves the Butter System back when we were first exploring system spaces because many discord servers we were in needed one for organizational and moderation purposes, and we have obviously strayed from that. You can choose a new one whenever you want. It's fine. Don't stress about it. We're all shifting masses of change and consciousnesses anyway – you don't have to stick to a system name that no longer works for you.
You are not broken for being repulsed. Nothing is wrong with you. You don't need to be fixed. Do not hurt yourself by purposely going past your limit to trigger your repulsion - that's not how exposure therapy works nor is it supposed to cause harm to yourself.
Do not make yourself physically ill trying to be "normal" you deserve better. You deserve kindness. Grant yourself that kindness.
No matter what you have done or left undone, the God of the universe cares for you. He made the world for your enjoyment. He has crafted each leaf in your path, and he thought of you when he did so. He loves you. He did not make you for sorrows; he grieves when he sees you in them. The Lord God made you because he wanted you: he wants you to live and to rejoice. When you turned to Christ, or when you do in the future, the angels in heaven rejoice.
He loves you. Go your way with your head held high.
