Hi! I think reincarnation fics might be just what you’re looking for — same kind of soulmate “I’ll find you in every life” vibes but in different timelines with mentions of their “past lives.” Hopefully one of these will work:

Perpetual Motion - T Rating, oneshot - Sometimes it takes years for them to meet. Decades. Sometimes it takes minutes. But each time, without fail, they find each other. They've stumbled into each other countless times across the span of time, died together and lived together a thousand times, but their story has never had a happy ending.

We Could Be Forever - T rating, oneshot - That’s her soulmate. She takes a deep breath and smiles because she remembers how he’d look at her in the morning when they’d wake up. She walks up to them and is about to say something when a new memory hits her. He won’t remember her. Last time he had to convince her that they were meant for each other and he did a terrible job.

Fic where Katara falls in love with zuko first

Hmmm nothing’s standing out to me from what I’ve read. Most of what I’ve read either has Zuko falling first or not really specifying who falls for who first. These kindda fit what you’re looking for, but hopefully our followers will have better-fitting recs?

A Good Plan - M Rating, 2 chapters - Katara's plan was to ignore her high school crush and forget her feelings for him before she went insane. What she did not know was that Zuko had a different plan of his own: make Katara notice him until she agreed to be his.

Night Nurse - T Rating, oneshot - Growing up, Katara and Azula were mortal enemies. Meanwhile Sokka befriended Azula's older brother Zuko.As the years went by, Katara found herself growing to like her brother's friend more and more. Despite who he was related to.After he graduated and moved away, Katara never thought she would get a second chance to tell him how she feels. But the spirits work in mysterious ways.

Say the Word, I’ll Find the Scene - T Rating, [WIP] 2 chapters - Katara shouldn't have been rude to her new customer, no matter how busy the coffeeshop or how obnoxiously he ordered his latte. Then she shouldn't have found herself smiling every time he came back. She really shouldn't have started crushing on him. And she really, really, really shouldn't keep pretending she can't speak English.

Hey so I hear that y'all can find zutara fics! I read one years ago that I absolutely fell in love with but have somehow forgotten the title, I think it was semi-popular. I think I actually found it on one of the zutara fanfic recs but I dont remember which. Anyways the only things I remember was the whole gaang was there including, Mai, Ty Lee, and Uncle Iroh and they were all training on this massive camp grounds. I wanna say that it started as Maiko turned Zutara. Any help is appreciated! (:

I’m assuming you mean fics in which she has generally positive relationships/interactions with zuko and/or katara? I’m sure there are more, but here are a few that might fit what you’re looking for:

We couldn’t find ones with him using firebending specifically, but we did find a few with some sweet gestures:

Missing Mittens - G Rating, oneshot - Every Christmas day, Katara always - always - lost her mittens. She didn’t know if it was a curse by the Christmas gods or whatever deity up there that loved to torment her.It sucked.

Valentines Day Chocolates - G Rating, oneshot - Zuko is well aware of the tradition of giving a loved one chocolate for Valentine's day. He is also hoping he can impress his crush with his beautiful homemade chocolates.

We Grow After Wildfire - G Rating, oneshot - Fire Lord Zuko teaches Katara how to make flower crowns from all his favourite flowers. And falls for her all over again.

Um hey so I remember this rec post with 2 fics(not sure if it's your blog) one of them being season 2 fic, the summary explaining that katara gets lost after the swamp and meets zuko and teams up with him. I lost the post before I could check it out and can't find it for the life of me so if you find it it would help me a lot....
