A helmet for cosplay, inspired by Orion Pax from Transformers ONE, is now available. Free to download for 3dprinting; as usual though, please do not sell prints of this model, or the models files. Please read the instructions carefully, as this is not a one-size-fits-all 3MF. Available at: https://makerworld.com/en/models/808121#profileId-748970 https://www.printables.com/model/1080500-transformers-one-orion-pax-cosplay-helmet https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/fashion/transformers-one-orion-pax-cosplay-helmet https://www.crealitycloud.com/model-detail/673db8a258d353a35208d5a6 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6840212 https://thangs.com/designer/zuperbuuworks

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: Creative people spend their time and money making things; years building their skills and honing their crafts, and thousands of their currency on school, tools, and materials. Whatever price they sell their craft for is COMPLETELY FAIR.
DO.NOT.DO.WHAT.THIS.PERSON.DID.
RESPECT CREATIVE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM FOR THEIR LABOUR.

Write the book you’ve always wanted to read.  Draw the character you’ve always wanted to see.  Create the 3D model you’ve always wanted to play with.  Paint the landscape you’ve always wanted to hang on your wall.  Sew the costume of a character you’ve always wanted to cosplay as.  Be creative, but most importantly, have fun while doing it.  If you want to create, do so when you can afford it, whether in terms of time or money.  Share your work if you feel like it, but don’t hesitate to keep it private if you're unsure. Please don’t let the opinions of others stop you from making what you truly want.

Coming soon for free to a bunch of 3D printing platforms. The Orion Pax helmet is in test printing and should be available by Thursday. The Matrix of Leadership will be up by Sunday, and has a "lamp" version as well as a "costume/display" version. I based this on some reference pictures I took from the trailers, plus some artistic liberties. lol

I've been developing a homebrew campaign around Transformers, and got some ideas buzzing in my head for some artwork. This was the first one that came to mind. It's viewable on Deviantart, too: https://www.deviantart.com/zuperbuuworks/art/Autobots-Roll-Initiative-1122031857
The module will be uploaded for free to my Ko-Fi when it is ready, though I can't say when it will be as the last one took 8 months: https://ko-fi.com/zuperbuuworks This artwork is available on shirts and stuff here: https://www.redbubble.com/i/t-shirt/Autobots-Roll-Initiative-by-zuperbuuworks/166318712.ZBNH2

Free D&D Module for you
I just wrapped up a Dungeons and Dragons 5e module based on my novel "Specimen G-13: Wrath of the Lancer".
This module is free but took me a long time to do; it has dozens of monsters, items, maps, and new races included, all with artwork. It's a blend of sci-fi tech and magical fantasy. Oh, and there's totally not a nuclear explosive or two in it. If you enjoy this module, please consider buying a copy of the book it is based on. (www.amazon.com/dp/B08SLD2XGS)
Grab the module free at ko-fi.com/s/7e120da203
Please don't use the artwork of the items/creatures outside a D&D game without giving attribution/credit. The models used to make them took me ages to finish.

This goes even deeper. Without external viewership/comments/support, how do we get feedback? How do we improve our craft without it?
I do a lot of writing, and I mean a LOT of writing, and reading fanfiction/other people's books only works for so long during that creation process before impostor syndrome kicks you in the ass ("comparison is the thief of joy") Proof-reading your own work also only works for so long, before you begin to "glaze" over it; you stop noticing small typos, make a few poor grammatical choices, or maybe there's a gaping plot hole in there that you haven't seen yet.
This is why you need proofreaders; they help you catch these things you can easily miss. How do you get proofreaders though? Exposure! And no, not of the indecent kind. You may only get proofreaders by putting tidbits of your work online for everyone and hooking them up with the whole manuscript if they are interested. Of course, unless you're lucky enough to be signed to a publisher; they usually do that for you.
This is, of course, just one example and situation. But yes, it's all fun to say "create for you!", but without other people's input, some of us cannot actually create things in the best condition that it rightfully deserves to be seen in.
TLDR; putting things up for feedback is important for lots of reasons, and whilst it isn't the only reason we do it, creators of any medium still shouldn't be belittled or ridiculed for it.
I think it's time to stop shaming creators for wanting acknowledgement or recognition and for wanting to be seen. It's not wrong or shameful for someone to want external validation when they share something they've made. We share things because we want others to see, and if it appears that no one does, then that can be demotivating and defeating and doesn't encourage more creativity at the end of the day.
But a lot of people are preaching the "do it for yourself" gospel, and part of that is gaslighting people into thinking that if they seek any kind of external validation whatsoever for their creation, then their motivation is wrong, which in turn is the reason for their dissatisfaction.
It's a whole other story if somebody's sole motivation is to create content for public consumption just to become popular or internet famous, or to go viral. I'm not talking about those people. I'm talking about authentic creators who struggle with feeling unseen in online spaces as well as being invisible everywhere offline too. People who don't feel they're being acknowledged in their real, offline lives will sometimes seek acknowledgement from "their people", i.e. people in online communities who share many of the same interests as them.
While I agree that the first and foremost reason for creating something should be the creator's own desire and motivation to create the thing, it's not as simple as that. None of us creates in a vacuum. None of us can thrive indefinitely on our own ideas or subsist indefinitely on only self-validation. People do need encouragement from others and at least the sense that they're not simply tossing their creations into an empty void when sharing them. It's okay to want commentary and feedback. It's natural to want that, and it's natural to need it.
No one should get to tell anyone else that wanting external validation is wrong, because it isn't. No one should get to tell anyone they should be ashamed of seeking attention or validation. No one should be shamed for wanting someone to pay attention to their creation.

I've been quiet on Tumblr for a while because I have been a busy-body. I'm making things. Lots of things. These are just a few of the things. I might share more things if you want.

2021 - Monthly Update #4
2021 - Monthly Update #4 covers the hardback editions of my latest books development, an article about using print-on-demand sites, and new work on my sisters site.
This month I’ve been juggling jobs. Like, more than just for my own projects; I’ve been helping my sister start up her new business, which has been consuming a fair bit of my time I had hoped to dedicate to making more game models and learning Unity. Still, she needed the help desperately, and I was available to even if I had to drop some of my own projects to do it. You can view the barebones…

2021 - Monthly Update #3
2021 - Monthly Update #3 covers the axing of three book projects, future game development, and more.
This months update is a little short, mainly because I’m still feeling a bit ill, but also because I’ve been doing a lot of work that doesn’t really have much to show off right now. I’ll do my best, but you’ll probably need to check out one of my videos to fully understand what I am working on. Blender Models! I have been doing more models in Blender! They’re all still relatively “work in…

2021 - Monthly Update #1
2021 - Monthly Update #1 covers the new hardbacks, Specimen G-13 part 2, and a bunch of other surprises!
Well, it’s the first update of the new year! I have a bunch of things to get through, so sit tight and expect a few pics and confusing waffle associated with being self-published! Hardback Editions! “Heart of the Feles” is still a WIP subtitle and is subject to change. It has taken me a few months of designing, and waiting, to finally be able to share on the site that the Specimen G-13…
