chronic pain so weird bc what do you mean this is chronic. what do you mean im 18 years old and the pain is going to get worse and stay with me forever. what do you mean :(

big believer that some members of class 1-A struggle with some form of chronic pain (thinking particularly about bakugou and midoriya here). it's pretty much a canon fact that bakugou does after the war, what with the physical therapy he partakes in etc. but what about midoriya? for a guy who's broken the same bones over and over, more times than i like to imagine, a guy who has pushed his body to its limits time and time again, i don't think it comes entirely without repercussions. big fan of the thought of izuku wearing some kind of compression sleeve on his arm[s] to help with the pain. i think i remember that he did for a time, but i think of it more as a continuously needed aid.

maybe im just projecting because it's 5am and my own chronic pain is keeping me up right now, but it's nice to be able to see yourself in the characters you love (even if it's only implied) :]
