Food diary for today:
Omad: 10 small cooked shrimp w/spinach and tomatoes, a tiny bit of pasta and tomato sauce≈300-400
(idk how much cals in the sauce bc my dad made it) and I’m probably overestimating a bit
I’ll try to include pics in the future
Also had a 5 cal energy drink
Finally had a good day lol, and I’m gonna fast until dinner on Wednesday

Ugw: 78lb (for now)
I hate my self and my body more than ever, and I need to loose this weight to keep myself alive:)

I heard of another ana game and wanted to share it here so that you can try it, if you’re interested👐🏻⭐️
“Hunger games”
The rules:
1. You start by starving for 24 hours.
2. Once you complete your first fast, you weigh yourself. The amount of weight you have lost is going to be your calorie limit for the next day.
3. 100 grams of the lost weight is equivalent to 100 calories/ 0.2 lbs is equivalent to 100 calories.
4. If you overeat you either burn calories through exercise or subtract the number from the next day limit.
5. If you don’t lose any weight/gain some you starve.
6. The game is over once you’ve reached your gw.
