Tima, the star of Metropolis (2001).

Unlike the rest of the cast, she seems completely original and unfound in Tezuka's previous works, including the Metropolis manga.

However, you could say she does look similar to Bem, from Astroboy, or Miri, from Jetter Mars. In a way, Tima is more like an adopted successor for Michi, the original star of the manga, Metropolis.

A Gravitation (Manga and Anime) compilation post with links

So as I COMPLETELY fell down the crazy rabbit hole last week; what made my life about a thousand times more difficult through my major Gravitation re-read and complete-the-series cycle was that there is literally no definitive or even semi-complete and reliable listing anywhere on the internet that even simply gave you the titles of every title in this massive 20 year series. So I did my best to compile a massive list (with links because that is always more helpful) myself. Because create the resource you want and all that jazz. Just a note if you are looking at this: I have ZERO second language ability so these are just found things and not created things. 

Starting first with the anime because it does not tell the complete story

Original Manga Run: Try to buy these if you can. They are all translated by Tokyopop and the translation is 1000% better than many of the chapters here which can have misleading and incorrect translations. But if that is not a thing you can do here you go.

Volumes 1-12 in various qualities 

A Bonus Track (there are others but I did not find them complete)

Gravitation EX: (The sequel to the original Manga) This is where translations and qualities REALLY begin to zig-zag. They start really off really well. But then you devolve into watching them panel by panel with weird translations in youtube videos. People have mixed opinions about this run as well. So just be prepared. This is the point where you maybe need to admit you fell down the same rabbit hole I did.

Light Novels: These are side stories like regular novels. They can not be found online but can be purchased through Amazon which is what I did. They are hard to find info or real links on so I included the ones I used here

And here is where things get graphic. Maki Murakami also has created a TON of Doujinshi for this series. They are completely NC-17 rated and my ace self gets no enjoyment from them. But for completion purposes here they are. They are not all translated but here are the ones I came across. She seems to still be creating them.

Shindou Family Circumstances Chapter 6

Been a while, sorry, but I didn’t forget about you all. 

In this exciting installment, Riku is approached by some girls from school (omg! what could they possibly want?), gets bullied by some fellow classmates, and we finally get to see Riku’s father: the one, the only, Eiri Yuki (trust me, it’s worth the price of admission, especially since we’re translating this for free).
