Can't believe in 11 days I'm seeing my doc for my first Hormone care plan appointment!!!

I used to be on T in the past but moving away needing to learn a new language...

And not knowing how to get my meds back...

Plus I was homeless (+10 years of nightmares) during the part 1 of my transition...

~7 years after my last injection I got to get back on track...
