With the whole Moon changing to be better right now, and Sun feels more and more distant from the family.

Imagine this happened after Moon unlocked his emotions and tried his best to not fall into his old habits.

But like, Sun couldn't trust him anymore so... They fight, and now Moon asks Sun again if he ever needs him. And Sun just tiredly says It is Moon's choice, either he stays or goes because Sun never can stop Moon at any decision

I love these dysfunctional brothers.

Oh, Solar. You really are a mechanic at heart.

You see something that is “broken” and instantly put your full effort into fixing it in whatever way you see fit. You don’t wait for the machine to cool down before you plunge your hands into it; you’re willing to get burned if it means the situation is resolved as soon as possible. You work quickly and efficiently. You’re willing to use force if you think it’s necessary. You know how quickly everything can fall apart if one part fails. You think of the machine as a whole, not of its individual components.

But you can’t force two cogs of different sizes to work together. They’ll only grind against each other, wear the other down until both are useless and the machine sputters to a stop.

Does it pain you to leave it broken? Will you feel like nothing if you cannot fix it? Is that what you think your place in the family is?

Headcanon(s) for Jack-'o-Moon(INJECTS CHILD WEIRDNESS)

Jack would put like a zipping in his mouth to either just chew on it or be a baby pacifier thing. Why? It feels funky(Don't ask, I used to lick the sliver zipper on my red velvet I think vest).

When does art and make silly things, he thinks lots of imaginations of situations he would flap his hands and stare down the paper or book he drew on.

He likes the laundry machine sounds and other house hold items used. just the sound itself is nice.

Jack likes warm spots(I think that is what the vents on the tv above were blowing) and soft areas. Little mat that is fresh but used for shoes or feet to not mess up the floor? He might lay like cat for it to not get mucky!

Jack has a lot of mood swinging, depends what happens. He can be silly to a little stick bug, as in, I HAVE A WEAPON AND SMALL BUT MIGHTY-

Jack sometimes, he might regress his knowledge, as in like, I forgot this works, wtf is 27 ÷ 4 + 36??? Or what does this mean again, missing pieces of information. Does do it one day, the other no, the next maybe on mind but will it make it do or not?

TSAMS can be really good if you understand that Sun and Moon can be unreliable narrators and that they are the protagonists, not the heroes. It makes all the unfair and horrible things they do to other people seem more like a realistic portrayal of a toxic family’s idea of good and evil (compliance and rebellion) than a true depiction of morality. And it makes the videos (which are shown to be diegetic within the show) being titled “___ is EVIL?!?!” Or “___ BETRAYS ___” seem like a clever way to show how the family views an argument as being a question of their morality as a family instead of a regular disagreement on something.

Just make sure you never watch the streams because then you’ll hear the writers be like “actually yeah they were right for doing all of that. We just make videos based on whatever makes the most money.” and you just sigh.

I always just keep on thinking about it. How would moon react to that? How would everyone else react to that? How would sun handle it? Im just very intrested in this what if scenerio.

In Moon's defense...

Doesn't anyone else feel like he had a lobotomy? Hahaha I mean, clearly Moon isn't a saint and didn't have a proper redemption arc after he came back from the dead, but I feel like the way he's being portrayed is… too much haha. As if Moon genuinely hasn't learned anything from recent events, as if his relationship with Sun hasn't improved, as if he truly sees him as useless and stupid… as if they're still stuck in the dynamic that was supposed to have improved!

I understand that Moon was away for a year… but A LOT has happened since he came back, so I feel really strange that all of a sudden it's like Moon has forgotten everything and is back in his toxic dynamic with Sun. I really like Moon as a character, but I'm also aware that he's far from a good person. He is a grayscale character and is quite complex. Moon loves Sun, but Moon doesn't know how to love in a healthy way. His way of loving is by solving problems, avoiding dangers, protecting his family from threats. But at the same time, he's so ingrained in himself that he's incapable of comforting the people he loves or dealing with their emotions, that he simply relegates the problem to someone "more capable." And honestly, I don't think Moon does it with any malicious intent—not because he doesn't care, but because he'll never admit he's AFRAID of making things worse. He'd rather focus on eradicating the source of the problem than stop to think that maybe, MAYBE they need him there to feel loved. My other theory is that Moon had a huge regression after Sun was injured by Novafrost. Rewatching the episode, Moon sounded super desperate when he saw Sun getting hit and knowing the patterns of behavior (and as Lunar and Monty have mentioned), his horrible way of dealing with his own emotions is to bury them, avoid them, until they explode in his face. And although the show hasn't shown Moon losing his mind because his fear of losing Sun was revived, I think he must be acting on it. Because up until that point, he'd been involving Sun in Novafrost's investigations and telling the truth whenever he did something he knew Sun wouldn't like. Moon saw Sun again as that animatronic of yesteryear that needed his protection all the time, not because he doesn't believe in him, but because he is afraid that this new world where he intended to start a new happy life for Sun will fall apart with the problems in the environment. So he stupidly tries to put Sun in a little box where he doesn't let him know about the problems.

And this, in turn, makes Sun feel useless and stupid. And Moon isn't able to truly communicate with Sun, to have a heart-to-heart talk…

Well, it's either that or they gave him a lobotomy so he'd forget his character development HAHAHA

so uhm, im getting A LOT of MHA on my printrest-

mostly about bakugou and izuku being the absolute best duo sooooo it got me thinking of maybe making an AU of our Celestial family just basically them being human and each one has their own little power. Im gonna have to see if it would be just them where they have to keep it a secret from the outside world or if its a „everyone has their own powers“ type shit? i think im gonna go with the first option tho, just to kinda keep it to a level where having powers isn’t a common thing. This also helps my own cause cause i litterly STILL cant draw them twinks.

Yes this AU has nexus,eclipse and all of the other people who came from some specific code in a specific persons head, included (if i can get them in there, i‘ll try tho)
